Horrible customer service and my Frappuccino was watery. There were 3 employees, 2 standing around taking and one working the... register. The young man took my order and 4 more orders after mines. My drink wasn't started until after he took those other 4orders. The other employees eventually started helping him make the drinks. My drink was made second to last even though Iordered first and it was made with whole milk instead of oat milk like I asked. They simply stated that they were sorry formaking them out of order but they got an attitude when I complained about why 5 drinks were passing me by and I clearly orderedfirst. Just skip this location and go to the one that stands alone thats 2 minutes away. These employees need better training. Read more
This is the Starbucks inside the Kroger. many other reviews seem to be for the exterior Starbucks near the road. This Starbucks... is acceptable for an in store coffee and is fairly efficient. I'm giving them a bit of slack since they aren't a full Starbuckslocation. Read more
I didn't like this place. They need more training. The drink was okay. We got a strawberry lemonade and they just set it up on... the thing without even calling our names. They were doing it to everyone. No one could hear them if they did say anything. It'sjust not a good place. One of the workers had a friend there and was giving her free food and drinks as my fiancé and I watchedit. He gave her whatever she wanted and she just stood there and talked to them and interrupted them as they should have beenworking. Will not be back. The place needs cleaned as well. Always go here and always awesome until today. The establishment had a bus come through. Orders were backed up. No worries. I... texted my husband, who was waiting in the car, and I went to send him this photo to let him know it would be a while. Themanager called me out in front of a whole restaurant, for using my camera. I even offered to show her there photo. There wasthen some mumbling and I though I heard leave so I did. Never again. Really bad baristas that need more training. There?s no urgency or sequencing taking place. No multitasking and very very slow.... better training needed. If you don?t want to wait forever for a sandwich go to another Starbucks Read more
