We arrived at approx 840pm, there was no hostess at the front, which would usually be ok because I do understand it was close to... closing. However that doesnt mean you can stop your practices that you do during your peak hours. We waited 3-5 mins to beseated, 7 mins for a server to come and say ill be with you in a moment, the biscuits that came out were luke warm, the drinkswe ordered which was made by a manager (per the server) was not done correctly, no garnish like the pic displayed on their menu.When I asked for it the manager said "oh ok if you want it " like yes i would like for the drink to look like youradvertisement( it was missing the berries inside the drink, and the pineapple garnish), we waited about 20 min after eating forsomeone to clear the table and bring the check, overall it was not a good experience. The staff was friendly but a lot ofmistakes were made especially considering there was only 1 other table of 2 there. Read more

Our server was new and very nice. We were a party of 10-11. 6 of the 10 orders were incorrect. Items like a baked potato... instead of the fries that was the item ordered. Cheddar biscuits came about an hour after we were seated. No salads with themeals that includes a salad. Food served about an hour and forty minutes after we ordered. Very nice server let a commendabletip. Under the impression it was the kitchen that was in error. Read more

This was my First experience at this location and the service was great. Alicia was very attentive, friendly and just overall a... great server. Food was amazing and perfectly seasoned. Best visit I've had at a Red Lobster in a long time. And the most motivated, happy server to go along with the experience. The... Mercury Blvd and the Jefferson Ave location (where I usually go; are like night and day). Unless, it's in the server. We enjoyedour visit. Read more

Been coming to this location since High School. Never a long wait. The staff is very friendly and helping with what ever... accommodations you seek. I ordered a Top-Shelf Long Island Iced Tea drink from the bar, and when it came the bar tender askedfor me to taste it to see if I liked it. If I didnt, she would re-make the drink. My family and I had stopped coming to this location due to the horrible service we recieved in the past. We came back today in... hopes that things had changed. Am I glad we did. This was my husband's birthday dinner. Lobster Fest is going on. I got the lobster and waffles. Excellent! The robust Taste of... the smoke syrup was to die for. The mashed sweet potatoes was a little buttered down but the waiter exchanged it for a new one.That was really nice of her. She even gave my husband the ice cream sundae delicious. Read more
