Place is so dingy dirty and unkept needs to be totally cleaned staff needs to be trained. Dinner rush was slow but workers just... milling around. Most weren't in a hurry as customers stack and stand around just to order. But then having to wait for food tocook and serve. Need better prep for dinner rush. When paying for dinner meals half a cup of potatoes and gravy for a 16pc orderis not correct. Need training on portion control. But chicken was good. Back line prep guy was doing his best but both frontline people were lost in taking orders. Read more
The service is always good at popeyes. But they're always out of various items food items cups tops straws napkins every single... time I go. They are always pleasant and professional. The wait on the drive-thru is ridiculous. So my boyfriend and I went inside of the restaurant to order. They were rude and they... kept giving my boyfriend and I weird looks as we?re non black people. They burned the chicken and the fries. They didn?t evenoffer us condiments. This place is extremely poorly maintained the outside of the building is not cleaned the inside of the dining area could use a... good cleaning at least once a day however that doesn't seem to happen. Place sells a lot of chicken to people who drive through.In the Drive-Thru the people can't understand English. Apparently they can't hear their headsets what you're saying you have toyell at them! It is very inconsistent what you will wind up paying. Most people here don't look inside this place it would looklike on the inside. The line was long as heck inside and outside, but the customer service was impeccable. The young lady at the window had an... amazing attitude even though they were under pressure. You know.... This location is just "ok" and im saying this because its ALWAYS a Hassel ordering food here. But i can say the... staff are trying their best they are just VERY UNDERSTAFFED.. there is ALWAYS a wait whether your going through the drivethrough, or going inside.. not ideal to go to on lunch breaks at all.... This particular day i waited 45mins for myfood ???????????and that was ONLY because i PAID first just imagine asking for a refund... Look I know how hard fast food can be. But I?ve been doordashing for a bit and I can tell you right now DO NOT order from here... from the apps or in person. Everytime I go there?s so many health code violations and it takes forever yes it?s a high volumestore but also no one besides the manager has a sense of urgency. Guy who was helping me could barely stand like home boy if Ididn?t know any better I would say you were high with how you were movin. Everyone was slow.
