I waited an hour for an hour, After the phone dude ignored my call 2-3 times after i ordered; when he went to ?check the order?... He told me that the cook had to remake the pizza. So he told me about 15 minutes extra but i?d already been waiting 30-40minutes originally. It took so long and then for his to decline the calls over and over ? I was on hold for 20 minutes. If Icould lower the rating to zero, I would. I?ve never had this sorta customer service until today, especially with this location. Read more

There's a man who goes by Daniel an is very disrespectful an rude.. he also has no idea how to handle a pizza. Everytime I have... received food from him it's constantly a mess as if he took the time to shake it in the box then deliver it to us. My three yearold child could deliver a pizza better. Don't hire someone like that if they can't even simply deliver a pizza. When he isn'tdelivering my food I basically have a perfect pizza good job the cooks. Read more
If I could give 0 stars I would. I ordered pizza at 7:50p it hung on making order for an hour and some before we called. Once we... called, they said that the order was magically cancelled by the employees there because the store closes at 8p for some reason,so the money we had designated to spend was now in refund hell for 3-5 business days. Great experience! The reviews had me a little nervous initially but once I pulled up to the drive thru window and they handed me... my food in literally less than 3 minutes and it was hot and fresh I was instantly satisfied. I will definitely be coming to thislocation again! The manager there was also very pleasant. Read more
If I could give them zero stars, I would. I've currently been waiting for over 3 hours now for a simple order. After calling the... first time, I was put on hold for about 10 minutes, after I finally was able to talk to someone, they assured me that my pizzawas on its way. Then I waited an additional hour after which I called the pizza hut again, being connected to pizza hut customerservice. They assured to me once again that my pizza was on its way and I would be refunded my money. It has now been 40minutes without a pizza in my hands. I worked hard all day long and now I have to deal with this terrible service. Wait to gopizza hut! Never order pizza from these people. Read more
Placed an order for some pasta dish, 20 minutes later arrived at the store in the drive thru and was told they are out of the... pasta but can make some in about 10 minutes. I said yeah sure I'll wait, paid and parked. Over the course of 45 minutes and 3phone calls, never got hold of anybody, no answer from the store. Lobby was closed, and when I pulled back into the drive thruthe line basically stopped moving till people all left. Have had a few bad experiences here but this one kind of sealed the deal for me.
