I have come here for over 10 years and over the years the management as well as the staff is horrible, I called over four times... and the phone does wrong and wrong and wrong when I got here the phone was still ringing and ringing and that one person pickedit up, The person at the counter was not polite friendly or anything just very quick and short and couldn?t understand anythingthat I was saying because the music in this Business was so loud so I had to keep repeating myself over and over again. He toldme that there were no more plantains and I had no choice but to order cornbread or get extra cabbage and he didn?t say it in akind friendly or professional way. When you ask questions it?s always smart and rude. I will no longer continue to shop here orcome back and spend my money and get nasty attitudes! Food is good but I refuse to go back because of Customer Service. I don't care for their "I don't care customer service... attitude". And u can not call in ahead of time. Phone just rings and rings. I Do not recommend this place. I knew I should have went right back out the door when I noticed the place didn?t smell like... food. The people acted like they didn?t want to take my order, like they didn?t want to be there, They made me feel like I wasbothering them and I was doing something wrong, and I was trying my best to ignore it. Great ???? food - 4 years ago So, today I am revising my review from 4 years ago. I visited 02/25/2022. I ordered the whiting... dinner. I called to let them know my fish was cooked in old grease & I was bringing the food back today 02/26. The lady showedme the grease. It was used but not old. She made me aware that they cook chicken, fries & fish in the same grease. As my fishhas never taste or look like this EVER. I did ask for my fish to be cooked in separate grease. She said she would. The fishtaste & smell the same as the grease it was cooked in before. As, I do not eat meat I'm a Pescatarian. This is unacceptable todo. I have pro?s & cons. The jerk chicken with pineapple mango salsa with double rice/peas was very good. The cons I ordered a... coconut treat & it was hard as a brick (see video). How can you sell something so old & hard. I ordered 2 Pattie?s they werealright. One seemed to be a bit old. Google said they opened at 10:00. I walked in and the lady yelled out we are closed.
