3 stars for my neutrality, since I have never eaten here before. I just wanted to chime in after reading a few recent unhappy... reviews... how 'bout you change your name to "No. 37 Kitchen" ??! That way your customers won't feel so disappointed in you! Read more
I've eaten here before and the food was always good. But today, the food was bland and watered down (the bowl was actually half... full of water). Don't know if they're trying to keep food costs down or have a new cook. In either case it'll probably beawhile before I return. Read more
Food was fast and hot, but the veggie lo mein was so greasy and tasted bad, the orange chicken was chewy and tasted gross, and... the veggie spring rolls come with shrimp and were soggy. I?ve tried ordering on several occasions hoping it would be better, butit never is. Read more
White rice NOT fresh and far from restaurant quality today at lunchtime. Tso chicken the chef did not make spicy like I said... twice 2x. Egg roll and food too much fermentation flavor like old sauce. I called back after I bit into the egg roll. acook answered and I told himthey use too much fish/oyster sauce. That took 5 minutes to convey I asked for extra spicy, andthere was no heat in the meal at all. ....If I want to taste fermented fish flavor all up the general tso I will go to theseafood dealer next to the 7-11 and ask for a shot glass of juice from the bottom of the ice chest to marinade the chicken in.With chicken you chew for over 1 minute. The flavor notes of fish spitting the dry chicken shreds out after chewing the fast-wok with careless undercooked, under developed sauce. After trying their food and writing this. my mouth still tastes like Ihave held a scaly fish from a lake in it. Like I said, I wanted to toss my food back in the wok and fix it, but the damage wasalready done. Waste of even using some Foujian hard wood chop stix. Read more
My family has been going here since the 90's. Beef and broccoli, chicken and broccoli, chicken teriyaki appetizer, sweet and... sour chicken and egg rolls are fantastic. Haven't tried much else on the menu, but never had a bad experience with my favorites.Better than the P.F. Chang's restaurant I tried a few weeks ago. And way cheaper. Read more
