Not real pleased. Ordered pickup, gave explicit instructions- which were also included on my box and the made them wrong. I do... not like pesto drizzle... guess what was on mine that I did not order and left off of my other half. Of course this means no reddollops of sauce on mine. So I am expected eat this that I do not want or else waste more of both my time and gas I suppose toget it fixed. Um. No and no repeat business. It's not hard to follow WRITTEN instructions or so I thought. The whole reason Iordered was so I did not have to cook as I do not feel well. Mine will go in the garbage. Read more
Mod's have the best pizza and salads of all times... Hands Down! The create your own is absolutely EVERYTHING ???? I love the... create your own cauliflower pizza, I just wish it could be a little bigger. But it's still a 5+! If you haven't tried this placeyet, you need to make it your next family outing or carry out or pickup! ???? Read more
It was really cool being able to design your own pizza. They don't even charge extra for toppings and they are fresh! The... manager is so cool, you don't even realize he's the manager. Can't wait to go back. Read more
Worst visit ever!!!! The employees had very bad attitudes and even worse customer service. They didn't seem stocked for their... dinner rush, and kept making excuses when I asked for toppings they didn't have on the line. The lady starting the pizza refusedto rub my pesto base over the entire crust, and put 3 heaping globs of ricotta, so only half of my pizza had it. They barley putany toppings on my pizza. When I asked for more they rolled their eyes, and made it seem like I was inconveniencing them. Iasked for the roasted garlic at the end and the employees literally put like 2 entire heads of garlic on my pizza. Luckily theywere on top and could pick them off, otherwise I would not have been able to eat it. While waiting for the pizza to cook I wentand used the bathroom. There was toilet paper all over the floor, the toilet was disgusting, and they were out of soap. I letone of the employees know about the condition of the bathroom and once again they just rolled their eyes. As a former restaurantmanager I understand the frustration of the job, but at some point management has to step in and lead their team to greatness. The food options are good and the prices are reasonable. The shop was clean, but the service was not great at all. There were... four employees at the restaurant, three of which were polite and relatively attentive. There was one, who had curly hair,earrings, and I believe a nose ring that was very rude to multiple customers including ourselves. He was not attentive andopenly told customers that he would get to them when he was done with the conversation he was having. Not a good look. Read more
Great pizza. The Mod Pizza does thin crust right. Not too much dough, good spread of toppings and great taste.
The staff here are very polite and positive. The restaurant is always clean and the homemade drinks are always delicious. I... enjoy coming here when I have a pizza craving and I buy the build your own pizza. I typically get cauliflower crust, red sauce,white cheese, blue cheese, chicken, chicken sausage, broccoli, onions, green peppers, and mushrooms. I also shared the no namecake with my wife and it was definitely something I will be ordering again. Read more
This was my 1st time ordering at a Mod pizza so I really didn't know what to expect. This particular mod piece when you enter on... the left it has a large sign that says any toppings one price and the there are 2 pizza crust sizes. Mini which is 6" and thenthe Mod which is 11". They also have a gluten free and cauliflower crust option but only comes in 11" and is $12.43. The pictureof the salad looks good so ordered it is salad as well. This is set up kind of like a Chipotle for pizza where you start withordering your crust , the sauce, and then you slide down and select your toppings or you can order one of the Pre named pizzathat has specific toppings on it. You pay while you wait for your pizza to cook in the pizza oven and then they call your name.I was really pleasantly surprised! This is one of the better pizzas that I've had in a long time. I think it gives mellowmushroom a run for its money it's definitely much faster. They serve a thin crust so that is probably why it is able to cook soquickly but the pizza was definitely delicious.
