Fam and I were driving through the area and stopped here to grab drive thru. There were 5 adults and one child. We had a big... order with numerous special requests (no pickle, ex onion..etc) They got EVERYTHING right, no mistakes, all the food was hot andfresh with little wait time even though they were fairly busy. That has rarely happened to us and we travel regularly and oftenstop at McDonald's for at least one meal. Both staff members we interacted with were smiling, friendly and helpful. Very sad. .. For the past week or more no receipt given said the machine is broke. The gentleman handed me the drinks very... polite and respectful told him it was supposed to be a large he corrected the mistake. Told me to park in spot one. The younglady that bought my food was rude no thank you no customer service skills she had her phone in her hand while she walked to mycar with the food and was texting when she handed me the bag had to call her back items were missing out the bag she stilltexting waited for her to bring me the items missing she still texting. ..Really. I'm wondering if they keep their phone in thehands when they make and cook the food. This McDonald's is off the chain . Stopped by this location for a quick bite on the way to Richmond I ordered 2 Mc double bundles and a fish filet combo. The... drivethru line was slow for a two lane drive thru that wasn't that busy. The mcdouble meals were fresh and the fish combo washot and fresh. The reason i am only giving two stars is all about attention to detail and pride in your work take a look at thepictures attached. It's 2 a.m. we stopped to pick up a Coke and a burger and we have been waiting for 20 minutes now nothing is moving it is... extremely annoying I never ever had to wait at a McDonald's for that long. This was absolutely horrible Experience unfortunately. I placed a mobile order for exactly what I wanted and paid. Got to the... window and they said they wouldn't fulfill my order because the items I requested were free items but I also had paid items aswell as using my rewards points. Then when they refused to give me the free items (creamer for my hot tea I ordered) in theamount I requested they proceeded to put 3 creamers in the bag, skipped the other free items which I requested 6 strawberry and6 grape jelly got none at all, and a lot of Splenda got 2 packets, plus my whole order was wrong and I mean the Whole thing.From breakfast sandwich missing the cheese I paid for, my hot tea wasn't hot it was like warm at best, and to tip it off whenthe manager spoke to me she made me feel like I was a burden, felt insulted, disrespected, and talked down to and shedefinitely wasn't attentive at all considering my whole order was wrong explained that's my order why could I place an order onmy mobile app if the company doesn't honor it!!?!
