I ordered a breakfast combo. The man didn?t ask what size coffee I wanted and up charged me .30 for a medium. I asked for three... cream and two sugar. I asked the girl who gave me my order if she put the cream and sugar in my coffee and she said yes. When Idrove to a parking spot I checked; no cream or sugar so I had to walk in anyway. The only problem with this location is a lot of times they take a long time so their lines are long a lot. Usually they get your... order correct the first time and the food is hot. Unfortunately time is a big percentage of your score when dealing with fastfood. Read more
Honestly, the sheer amount of attitude you get for just walking in the store is astonishing. I have no idea how this place is... still open with the incompetent people that work here. I'm currently still standing in the restaurant 45 minutes after I wassupposed to pick up my order. I was told 20 minutes ago my order was being bagged. If I even go to ask about an update on myorder, the cashier just puts his hands up and walks away. Either this store needs new employees, or needs shut down.
