Bar selection is very limited. More of bottom shelf liquor available. Crab cakes are like meatballs. Not like any other crab... cakes I have ever had or even made myself. Not sure if it was the owner or manager but her customer service was horrible.Instead of correcting my order the she got a napkin and grabbed my crab cakes and took them back. She probably reheated & resoldthem to the next customer. (I can not make this stuff up). They should change the menu for the "Crab Cake Basket" to "Crab CakeBalls Basket". Give an accurate description of what someone is paying for. That would be very helpful. And do better handling ansituation with a paying customer. The bartender Jasmine (hopefully I spelled her name correctly ????) was a delight & veryprofessional. They should be appreciative to have her as an asset to their business. She deserves an raise.!! They charge 18% gratuity everyone's bill the night they have a DJ. Very slow service. Food is good. Happy hour is great.
No wait, we were able to walk right in and be seated. It was a nice clean environment, good music playing. They have the BEST... happy hour drinks! And their Juicy King Crab seasoning is the best! Food was cooked well, arrived to the table nice and hot.Friendly staff. Read more
Picture it: a party of 2 being sat down at 8pm and only attended to by a server after flagging them down at 8:30pm. The server... did share that they were busy so our food would "take a while". At that moment, we appreciated the transparency and decided thatwe would stay. We placed our entire order and requested that our drinks and salads come out early. 8:45pm we were served ourdrinks, ceasar caesar salad and order of hushpuppies. The hushpuppies and Cesar salads were delicious unfortunately thepomegranate martini only tasted like vodka-I requested the same drink but less strong and when it was returned by about 9:30pmit was still flavorless and overpowering. My company and I continued to talk and noticed the restaurant emptying out while westill had not been served our main courses. At 10:30pm our server came over and said that the kitchen is completely backed upand that if we were interested in staying a little while longer we could-the restaurant was closing at 11pm on this Saturday. At this point my guest and I lost our appetites and just wanted to get the check, we didn't even bother speaking with themanager because after sitting for 2.5hours with no main course, poorly made drinks, and neglect from the servers it was clearthat this is a reflection of management as well. First and foremost, the juicy crab sauce is DEeeelocious. Skip the oysters, they're big but frozen and flavorless. Definitely... get the green mussels. The $45 special was a great amount for two people and get the eggs (thanks to our server, Kim, for thattip). Will definitely be back. Great food with excellent quick service. Our server recommended the house sauce on our seafood bucket and it was fantastic! Lots... of flavor, without running into being over-seasoned. It was a butter-base, so just a bit on the greasy side, but I definitelyloved the flavor. Read more
It was different. I am not used to eating without silverware. I order king crab legs sausage potato corn. Everything came in and... closed plastic bags. I felt like they were rations. I did not realize the sausage was in a separate Bowl in a bag. I was onlyserved nutcrackers for the crab legs. So I ate without silverware and it wasn't too bad just treated it all like finger food.The wine was delicious. Jamie was very nice. It's a new place so I suspect it has some Growing Pains to go through. But I dobelieve the food should be served all together so that it incorporates the flavors from everything. Read more
