I came here because my brother sent me. My brother and his friends enjoyed a simple but astounding night here at Juan?s?and most... of it is due to John(from Columbia)and his impeccable customer service. Being that we are people of Hispanic descent, we aren?tused to authentic cuisine and authentic people. But John made sure to go above and beyond to meet or expectations on a Thursdaynight and then some. Ambiance was wonderful, food was hot and fresh and very delightful to the mouth feel , and the attentionto detail John displayed made us not want to leave lol. So I?m here to say thank you for providing an environment that wasclean, friendly, and amazing as far as the kitchen staff goes. It was nice and although my fajita nachos weren't what I expected (they were the fajitas fixings on top of chips with cheese on... top... I was expecting some of the other nacho toppings as well like I've had at other places. I probably could have ordered thefajitas and ate it with the chips at the table lol) it was very delicious! Went on a Saturday about 5pm and due to a special request, it took a couple extra minutes to be seated. The waitstaff was... wonderful, prompt with our drink order and taking our food order. Chips were out out immediately and they were fresh. Ourentrees were quick and delicious, the waitstaff was attentive and refilled drinks immediately. Great experience. Highlyrecommend. Read more

Every time I call in and give my order, a mistake is made. I always ask for no onions, and my request is ignored every single... time. It?s like they give me EXTRA onions just because. Nothing was done to rectify the mistake when I called and notified thestaff. Read more

I got the quesadilla off the lunch menu. Price is pretty affordable but I couldn?t chew that shredded (stringy) chicken for... nothing. Tasted good but that chicken????????also my service wasn?t the best.. maybe team members should help out eachother outwhen someone is in need of help. However, the food did come out quick. Thanks! We are from Washington DC and we went to Ocracoke NC to the beach, we googled this delicious Mexico Juan's restaurant and... decided to stay one night in Hampton just to experience the flavor of the restaurant as it is very difficult to find food withthe true Mexican flavor and Juan's will. OMG has the birria this super mega delicious I recommend it (Authentic Mexican flavor).And the daisies ????. Juan's has become one of my favorite restaurant and from now on every time I pass through Hampton you willsee me delighting in Juan's ????
