Over the past few weeks/months, the restaurant has been improving. It got really bad there for a long time. Now, it seems like... they are finally turning the place around and it's getting back up to the quality it once was. They even have the ice creammachine working again. For those that like it, they serve ice milk. It's not frozen yogurt or soft serve with a heavy creambase, but the ice milk style for those that love it and have a hard time finding it. The salad bar was presentable and kept thefood chilled as it should. It can be a heavy hit area when a lot of people are ordering it. If they are short handed, it'llneed attention faster than they can get to it. The drink area was clean. Food was served at correct temperature. Got the wrongside and person who brought the food I don't think understood what I was saying. They are improving order accuracy and have afriendly staff, for the most part. Every where you go there are always those sour people working that don't need to be near thefront. Only downside is how customer flow goes. With the 2 entrances, it is confusing for foot traffic. They need to find a wayto designate one as an exit, one as an entrance, and let people know that want to dine in that it's only a certain register toorder at. That way people won't feel awkward like they are cutting someone in line off or just be rude to people. Keep up thegood work on turning it back around. Great experience for my first trip there!I absolutely loved it! I ordered the Texas spud and it didn't disappoint at all. Also... ordered gumbo to try it out to see if I liked it. I loved it too! Definitely worth going back! I thought the prices were a tadhigh until I seen the portions and the size of the baked potatoes! They were massive size potatoes ????...Also the gumbo hadplenty of shirmp in my bowl unlike other places that cut corners on that. My pomegranate juice was even delicious! They WOWED mefor my first visit. Hopefully I'll be going back this week for another menu item to go with my gumbo! Oh yeah and that free icecream cone bar was a surprise to top it all off! Update. They gave me a gift card. Went to Jason's Deli Hsmpton today. I had rotten tomatoes in my salad Chicken Club Salad.Now I... don't want it at all. Really! What happened to quality control Read more

Stopped in for some chicken pot pie. The air conditioner was kickin', so bring a jacket. Even so, food always good,... affordable and quick. We never miss out on the ice cream either. Not crowded and location is convenient to where we live. Wego here often and always enjoy it! Read more

Salad bar needs attention. This location was Booboo. Nothing like the location we had just visited in Fayetteville, NC. Sooooo... disappointing!! I hyped it up and took my mother and daughter's and they looked at me like I lost every bit of my mind. $18 fora Ruben and a Medium drink and it just wasn't "it." Used to love their Reuben. Picked one up today and meat was like leather. It must have been seriously microwaved to be that... tough. Also got mgr special soup and half sandwich. Asked twice if they put spoon in bag. I was assured there was spoon. Gotto car, pouring down rain, and no spoon in bag. 11 employees working and no customers inside. All but two employees hangingout and talking. It took 14 minutes to get my order. Read more

To share more information regarding my experience, I was just leaving the hospital getting some work done and I wanted to treat... myself to a good meal outside of the home. With the current inflation of course prices were higher but the overall food qualitywas good. Any concern that I had the mgr and crew took care of it promptly. I ate inside because I hadn't been out in a while.Appreciate the sensitivity with me not being out in a while. They took the time to explain their menu to me. The manager wasvery nice in taking care of my concerns. A big thank you to the entire team. Things happen but taking care of business andmaking the customer happy goes a long way. Thank you so much! When you're eating your salad and it's flavored with someone's long nasty peice of HAIR???? take the initiative to wear a hair... net or something I want to throw up don't know how people live could have been someone that doesn't wash their hair Check yoursalads before you eat them never had this problem wit panera or chic fil a step your game up!
