My husband went to pick up food from an online order. He got to the drive thru speaker and was asked to hold on. He waited for 5... minutes, then finally was told he could order?all for him to say he had an online order. He pulled to the window and they askedwhat was in the order. They finally found the order using his name, and gave him food a bit later. Upon coming home, hediscovered that we were shorted a whole burger and given extra chicken tenders that we didn?t order. I understand makingmistakes but this entire experience was an unnecessarily bad one and ruined our dinner since one of us didn?t get a burger. Ifyou go here, expect to always wait even when it?s not busy and/or not get what you asked for, because these things are a commontheme at this location. Read more

This Hardee's has the best biscuits in the area! On the other hand, they also are very slow... I literally sat in the drive... through line waiting for 20 mins for them to take the car in front of mines order. Read more
Ordered 10 piece chicken special. Although the customer service was good, there food was horrible. Mash potatoes was burnt, Cole... slaw had a sour taste and the Chicken was not seasoned. So disappointed! Read more
Been sitting at this drive thru for 10 minutes now, currently. Was told to wait a minute for their order to be taken, still... sitting, haven't even ordered yet. I'm about to just go to McDonald's. I asked for one meal and the black lady was like, ?is dat all?!? And I said I also needed two kids happy meals. And she rudely... shouted ?laaaawd!!!!? So I rode off. I didn?t know each vehicle was only allowed one meal or else I would?ve went elsewhere inthe first place. If you hate your job then don?t work there please.
