I went there last week and the woman that took my order did not get me, even after I spoke to her. Extremely rude!! That should... have been my sign to leave without the food but I paid anyway and ended up with food poisoning and a rash around my mouth whichI assume is due to not properly cleaning/mishandling food/cross contamination. I’ve only been there twice and my last visitwill be my LAST visit. These businesses need to understand, people work hard, if you can’t even get your customers, you shouldnot be in business. I\'ve been to this place three times the only Chinese place here in Hampton Virginia that has what I want and it tastes good... I\'m from Baltimore Maryland of course but this is the place for me until I find better in Hampton area which I doubt I will. Read more
A coworker and I went to this restaurant today. I was excited because I haven\'t been in years! When we arrived, no one was at... the front desk. When someone finally came out, she was extremely rude! I used to love this restaurant, but now I will never goback....and by the way our food and the service was the worst. Read more
Not sure what all the fuss is about. As Chinese restaurants go the fox here was way above average. Our waiter was very helpful... and friendly. The facility is one of the cleanest restaurants we’ve been to lately. Read more
