My son\'s bacon double cheeseburger was thinner than usual undercooked and cold with bacon that was not crispy. My veggie... burger was cold and undercooked (if cooked at all). We were sitting at a table waiting for our order when my son saw an employeewalking to the takeout counter with a burger in her hand (which she wrapped at the counter). Turns out it was my burger. Weordered two orders of cheese curds and there was only one in the bag. Our fries were cold and hard, not tasty. They were out ofmedium cups and gave us one small cup each for our medium order. This was our third visit since they opened and by far the worseexperience.\n\nWe went five days after opening day and it was amazing. The staff, manager were great and very friendly. Thefood was good and tasty. Overall it was a great experience, that\'s why we returned. Sad that in a weeks time it changed sodrastically. I hope they are able to turn it around because our meal was not cheap. Read more
Great customer service! Got a Jalapeño Pepper Jack Steakburger with a side of chili cheese fries. It was really good and you... can definitely taste the spicyness. If you forget to download the Freddy?s app ahead of time you can save your receipt and addit later so you can still earn points on past orders. Drive-thru available at this location. Read more
There was so much hype about this place so I had to try it out. The line was long but they moved pretty quick, I ordered a spicy... chicken sandwich, onion rings, and a bacon cheeseburger. Freddie?s offers the old country... town ice cream parlor desserts and burgers.\n\nNo one would ever guess that this restaurant chain is only 20 years young andgrowing. The level of customer service, quality of food and team work is forcing other chains to up their game.\n\nEach detailof the store has significance from the colors to the American flag that waves out front represents the family and their values.The founder Freddy Simon was a Purple Heart World War II Veteran.
