A few weeks ago I walked in the store and there were three employees working. There was no customers in the store or in the... drive through. They told me that I had to go through the drive through that the inside was closed due to lack of staff. I wasliterally the only person there and the doors were open. Read more

Super friendly staff. The sign in the drive-thru was demolished the night before and they were super helpful in ordering. Outside menu is broken. A third of it is missing so if you don't have the app or don't know what you want, it's problematic.... Also I've been told several times that the only way to use my rewards at this location is to order thru the app which I don'talways remember to do. Otherwise...staff have always been super friendly and service has been fairly quick when I've been therein the morning. Read more

like others have said, this store is ALWAYS out of food. even when they open. Service is slowwwwww. ive given this place a... handful of tries and its the same result. Hoping they get shut down by corporate and replaced with a starbucks or something.Utterly the worst dunkin donuts i've ever seen on a consistent basis. Read more

Update I came back on 1 oct 2022 for a pup cup with dogs and paid cash, the entire staff was changed and all had friendly... attitudes, I started coming back and regained trust in this store. Tequila made my drink it looks like it could be in amagazine. Love this place now and a true testament of hood vs bad employee and revenue. 18Jan22, I decided to give them asecond chance On 18 Jan 2022 they tried to use a fake credit card they cloned from my card for $11.53. Thank goodness they can?teven get that right. I tried calling the store no answers. sometime in 2021 RUUUUUDE!!!! I waited outside the ordering speakerfor 10 minutes! Around 5 minutes I said good morning hello and the guy said WAIT! Finally he came in the speaker and said whatare you ordering and I said good morning how are and he said, I asked what you are ordering. I was taken back by his rudenessand then asked the worker if they had skinny vanilla lattes and he said you?ll have to get something else we ain?t Starbucks. Iasked to speak to his manager and he said I am the manager. I said what is your name and he said Shawn and closed the windows.I can?t believe how rude this guy was. Lobby closed. Said for online orders only, but the guy didn't even ask if we had an online order. We had a question but maybe... another Dunkin will actually want to help us instead of shooing us out before finding out why we were there. Read more

Waited 40 minutes for two coffees, a sandwich and a few donuts. They were not even busy. Didn?t get the correct donuts or the... sandwich. Was told to come back tomorrow for it but I don?t live there. The workers were complaining, on the phones, not weargloves and coughing into their hands. Overall disgusting. Read more

Slow, always out of items, doesn?t open on time and closes early, drinks are often made wrong. But? I still go. Why? It?s... convenient for me. So, convenience overrides quality. But pleas get better. Read more
