This dominos has a nice vibe, good attitudes, and it shows in the result. They are on time, or close, and the food is prepared... as expected. I rarely take the time to pose a review of a pizza shop. Chris is sorry disrespectful manager. They delivered my food cold ...the driver said they were short staffed. I tried calling... the manager that night and I couldn?t get them on the phone. they finally answered the phone 2 days later and the MOD namedChris was nasty and disrespectful. Told me he?s not doing anything about it and his GM will say the same thing. I think Domino?sneeds to be reminded they can go back to the bottom of the list like the were a few years ago ...when they are the laughingstock of the industry. So my daughter goes to pick up order needless to say that boy is lucky I did not go pick up the order. Very unprofessional spoke... to her very ugly!!! She calls and addresses the issue. Then I make sure that the manager addresses the rude boy. He says to meyour daughter already called and complained..... I did a quick prayer because first and foremost you don't say someone calledand complained you as a manager say I appreciate the call and I have addressed the issue..that boy doesn't need to be workingthere whatever his issue is he doesn't need to bring it to work and involve others that is helping him keep his dag on job Read more
Great service! I ordered the wrong pizza today by mistake and called very soon after. Pizza was already heading to the oven....... My heart sank. Guess what they changed the order for me. Even when it was my mistake and not theirs. Domino's customer forlife!!! Read more
Man, what an oddessy....I previously reviewed negatively because I'd tried to make a delivery order that was canceled by the... store. Meh. Ok, whatever, it was late and I was probably being unreasonable, so I changed the review. The next time I orderedcheese bread and it was basically burt to a crisp with a couple sprinkles of crunchified bits of cheese on top. Again, whatever,probably what I get for last time. This time both pizza and cheese bread were basically raw dough in the middle. Awaiting to seeif the replacement order is aby better, but 3 times in a row now we have had issues and it's getting old. This store is the hands down best in my area. They have never gotten an order wrong, always put on lots of toppings (even for... the normal amount), pizza is hot, and the dough tastes fresh. They bake it to perfection and never get the outer crust hard. Thepeople are friendly and the place is spotless. Read more
I ordered a chicken parmesan sandwich and what I got was burned cheese and bread. Here are a couple of pictures of what it... looked Iike after I looked inside.
