The staff deserve 5 stars. It's corporate that makes it 4. The weekend is always busy, the wait times are always over an hour... (depending on when exactly you order) and they're usually understaffed to meet the high demand of business. They work reallyhard though so please understand that they genuinely care, but they aren't going to go outside the boundary of what they're joballows them to do. if the online or app ordering doesn't work, go yell at corporate. they have a separate number. The staff whophysically work there can take your order in person or over the phone, so long as it isn't an online only coupon. Read more
**updated from a five star review two years ago down to three** This dominos location has always delivered some high quality... chain pizza. The pizza is always cooked well and the toppings and requests are rarely in question. And they still do. However,the last few times my family has ordered from this location, it has taken well over an hour for the store to get our food intothe oven. If you advertise a 45-55 minute delivery window but it takes an hour and 15 minutes to get the pizza in the oven, thatis unacceptable in my book. Andrew & unnamed woman (refused to give her name) canceled my order after waiting for 2 hours. Then lied to my Husband,... claiming I didn't answer a call immediately after I placed my order (& paid for it) online. The only "missed" call came in at12:52am after I called twice & got a message that Domino's was closed.... it is BAD BUSINESS to cancel an order TWO HOURS afterallowing a customer to wait. It is BAD BUSINESS to LIE to customers. Andrew closed the door on my Husband smiling & waving likeit was a joke to him to be rude to customers. The pizza is great when I get it after the stated time via delivery, so I guess I will need to go get it myself since the last... three times I get the email which states, "That delivery was not what we hoped it would be." So this is my main spot. It used to be the best dominoes. Whoever they've hired this summer is ruining the store. Worst cooks... ever. Good service. I've had to bring multiple pizzas back for missed toppings or almost none on it. One time I got an Alfredosauce pizza and they forgot cheese. This has never happened and I've been ordering from them since they opened. I'm leaving thisreview today because I tried to do it on the website and they wont update my order as picked up so I can't. It said Abbygailmade the order but that was my first time from her. My pizza had great toppings this time! Like they used to! I was shocked andhappy! Until I saw my pizza. The dam thing was flat and the dough was so chewey. I don't even know how they managed it. I thinkfrom now on I'll just take the extra 5 minute drive to king st. So disappointing. Read more
At 8:08 this evening, I ordered a pizza via the website. The website said that my order would be ready in 24-34 minutes. I... arrived at the store at 8:43 (i.e. 35 minutes later), to find that THEY HAD NOT EVEN BEGUN to make my pizza. It wasn't currentlyin the oven, and it wasn't currently on the counter in raw form being hastily put together by an employee; it was completelynonexistent. They offered to put me at the front of the very backed-up queue, but since I was not about to wait an additional15-20 minutes for a pizza that had not even been started yet, I cancelled the order and left. As far as I'm concerned, theemployees wasted my time and my gas, as did the Domino's website (which gave an extremely incorrect estimate on how long thepizza would take). Read more
