As someone who used to work at a Cook Out, closing soon isn't really a good excuse to tell customers there's only one item... they're allowed to order off the menu (the bbq sandwich because it's the easiest and quickest to put together). The food was good but our order was wrong. Hey, it happens and all worked out. Just check your order before you pull off and get... on 64 lol . The Cajun wrap instead of Cajun fries was a good mistake because now I like that one better than the ranch wrap nowand I would have never ordered that. Long live Cookout!! Read more
FAST, AND GLORIOUS!!! So there I was, tired, hungry, and in a jamb for time. I pulled into the drive-through, ordered a... bizarre and unexplainable combination of items, and I was exiting the drive-through in less than 60 seconds from start tofinish!!! Formula 1 race crews need to take some lessons from these people! And the food, it was fresh and very good!!! Zero(0) mistakes on my order!!! GLORIOUS!!! Read more
I'm visiting from another state and I must say the drive thru was odd. In fact I said so to the window person. So I ordered on... the left and paid thru the right window. I had to back up and move closer to hand the payment to the cashier. I had neverexperienced that before. I ordered ranch chicken wrap, fries and strawberry cheesecake milk shake. Everything was good but themilkshake could have been better. The cheesecake parts in the shake were a weird consistency. But overall I would go back andmaybe just try a plain flavor. Read more
Guilty pleasure ???????????? I really enjoyed this. I ordered the regular 1/4 burger tray with Cajun Fries and hushpuppies.... Sweet tea could have been sweeter but it was still good. Read more
Customer service was good. Like the walk up window instead of drive through. Love the milkshake and hushpuppies. Milkshakes... were nice and thick.. delish! Burgers were good. Next time will have to try the chicken. Cajun fries were very good. Read more
Just walked up to the window, stood there for 5 min having 3 people seeing me, took me knocking on the window and waving my arms... for them to come to the window. I ordered 2 fries, didn't have enough for 2 so just asked for one instead, woman walked off andtalked to someone came back and closed the window on me. Read more
