Second time in a row I?ve arrived and the staff are kee-keeing in the back and not paying attention to when customers arrive.... Both times I waited a few minutes, giving them the benefit of the doubt that they ran back there quickly for something. I couldhear them back there laughing together. I had to say ?hello? a few times to even be acknowledged. I understand it?s slow seasonbut staff needs to do better. Read more

Customer service is terrible. I asked for ice cream for person with allergies and one of them rolled her eyes on me. Then the... cashier had an rude attitude like she doesn't wanna be there! Make us feel uncomfortable. I won't be buying here anymore. Theice cream was ok. Read more

Cold stone really needs to work on their customer service. My husband and myself just stood in line for 20 mins waiting to be... waited on. There was 7 employees that we could see and only 2 were serving the customers. Mason and Mehki were fixing ice creamand ringing up customers while the others filled up containers and wiped down the counters. One young lady keep walking back inforth pretending not see the customers. The area behind the counter is not that lrg tgat you need everybody cleaning, especiallyduring store hours. I understand wanting to clean so you can go home, but really. The line is growing and you only have topeople trying to switch out ice cream, helping customers and ringing people out. There was even customers that walked out. Theonly reason I'm giving a 3 star is because Mason and Mehki had excellent customer service and was working hard to help everyone. Read more

The ice cream is delicious but the female staff is terrible and sad to say very ghetto and unprofessional. I gave them my order... and the black female with the long lashes and black wig went to the back and laughed loudly with another employee who had a longcolorful bonnet on her head, then proceeded to finish fixing my order. I'm assuming she was laughing because I spoke proper andI was black not sure the reason. The boys that were working were doing their job it was just the ghetto females. They areruining your establishment and im sure they are losing the company customers due to the employees ignorant behavior. I asked forone size an the lady thought it funny to give me 2 seperate cups outside of what was asked. So she is wasting the company'smoney by giving away merchandise and over charging customers for incorrect sizes. Read more

The ice cream was good but the customer service needs some help in training. Too much playing behind the counter, not properly... dress in uniform. This place has so much potential especially for the location, but with the associates not being trained orlack of leadership, it's going to continue to spiral down. Read more

Grandkids 10&5 first visit.the would come every day now,if they could.. the many varieties and customized choices had their... heads spinning. it was a pleasing experience to watch staff prepare the ???? by hand and not a machine. The taste is theabsolute best and refreshing on a 90+ degree day. Read more
