I really liked that it was empty lol . Less people less germs that's me . The machines need someone on duty to clean there where... some pretty dirty . Remember kids touch everything and these already 3 to 14 years old kids so.... over all good place tocelebrate birthdays and I love the card system. This was my first time in a Chuck E. Cheese in probably twenty years. I didnt know what to expect but it was so much better than... I remember. I took my son to a classmates birthday party. The kids had so much fun. The staff for the party was quick to offerthe adults any assistance. The place was extremely clean. It wasn't too loud so it was easy to talk. The new policies in place required that you purchase a card then add money to it in order for the kids to play. The play time is... based on points or by the amount of time that you want to play. My grandson and I had just a few minutes between appointmentsand I told him we could go for about 15 minutes which was not a part of one of their plans. So I had to purchase a card for morethan that time in order for him to play. Most of the time was not pleasant due to the young lady at the register being rude thenthe basketball games he wanted to play weren't working so I had to continue to go back and forth to the front counter for helpas they stood there looking at me then looking at each other trying to decide who was going to help us out. Chuck e cheese's hasgone down with regards to customer service. I will give it another try for my grandson's sake and hope that will have a betterexperience the next time around. Read more
My son wanted to come here for dinner for his birthday, and I was shocked at how clean the place is and how friendly the... employees are. Their kid safety check process made me feel comfortable letting my children run around. We ordered dinner for afamily of five (three adults and two kids) and paid for unlimited games for both kids for 30 minutes, and our total came out toright around $100 which is a great value. The whole facility was sanitary and inviting, the food was reasonably quick and thekids loved it, and we could even pause the play time to sit down to eat and resume it afterwards with no penalty! We willdefinitely be back and I hope more people read this review and decide to give this place a visit with their kids! Read more
