I ordered online before 8 pm. Once I arrived at around 815 pm, my order was not ready. There were others who arrived after me... whose orders were put in after mine and received their orders. I asked to speak with the manager, who did not make eye contact.I had to wait a few more minutes and was told my order would be made. The manager walked off and proceeded to pick up trash offthe tables. I asked her if I had done something wrong when ordering. She said either it didn't go through or someone stole myorder from their shelf. At this point I had already been waiting for 30 minutes with my family in the car. After she finisheddoing what she was doing and the people in line were waited on, they began to remake my order. One item was quesadilla with thenew advertised chicken. I paid for it but had to settle for regular chicken. They also were out of lettuce and the green salsa.Oh and there was supposed to be 3 sides, but the black beans were missing. This store seems to always be out of something. Theatmosphere was not customer friendly in my opinion. There was no apology for my long wait. It was almost 9 when I received myorder. WORST CHIPOTLE EVER. 1. Absolutely disgusting presentation, food all over the counters, smears of sour cream everywhere,... employee?s gloves obviously filthy, etc. 2. Asked the employee to take the sauce tops out of the brown rice (since that is whatI wanted) and the entire time he made my bowl, he had an attitude. WHY WERE THEY IN THERE ANYWAY AND NOT REMOVED ONCE THEY FELLIN?? 3. I asked for my sour cream to go and he gave me sour cream with corn pieces in it (as pictured you can see the corn inthe sour cream)?. I then asked if he could scoop that out and give me plain sour cream? HE STIRRED THE SOUR CREAM SO THAT YOUCOULD NO LONGER SEE THE FOOD PIECES IN IT ?????????????????. Why not just scoop the food out and throw that away?? 4. I told himsince I am paying for my food, I would like it to be a certain way he says ?sour cream is free?? but continued to reiterate thathe did not have an attitude. I went to this Chipotle tonight and ordered a bowl, 4 burritos and a kids quesadilla. The rice in our order WAS NOT COOKED! It... was so hard, we had to throw away our food because it was so mixed in with our food. It was a complete waste of our money, Iwould not recommend anyone eat here. Read more
This the worst experience ever. Both orders WRONG you can?t talk to a person you have to go through Pepper app. They only had... online ordering paid all the money for double meat for 2 meats just to get none and a lot rice and more sour cream they customerservice SUCKS never again we will stick with going to Norfolk restaurants Read more
Hampton location ...ill just let the pictures tell you my experience. And this is mediocre to how it usually looks inside... sometimes the meat be getting cross contaminated being that its slaughtered everywhere you have to ask them to wipe your bowloff! Read more
I'd like to share this review of Chipotle on Hampton Road. Can someone tell me if you would pay almost $10 for this barbacoa... burrito with extra rice, beans, extra sour cream and extra cheese. At first, the burrito did not have anything extra, but itlacked the meat , I took that photo in the middle of the burrito and the meat never appeared and the extra ingredients that Iasked for. I hope they improve when it comes to serving the portions, because I don't think it's fair to pay almost $10 for ameal that doesn't meet the standards. Read more
I went into the store late last night, and there was this one employee she was very rude had A nasty attitude and act as if she... didn?t want to do my order. So she started man handling my food .
