This used to be an awesome inside eating experience; it was my go to Chick-fil-A / most convenient location. To be honest after... my last 4 or 5 experiences as eat in dining the ordering experience is so poor and slow ( 5 people in line=35 minutes ). I can'teven believe the people doing the hiring now can even be sane. Who puts someone on the front line that struggles!! Just notright. Not fair to the employee and surely not fair to people waiting. I get it; you need to focus on the drive thru and keep itin check but you can't just abandon the eat in few that don't want food in their car. I finally have given up and will drivefurther to a better managed Chick-fil-A. I never thought it to be possible that a #Chick-fil-A could be as sad as someMcDonald's. I don't manage fast food restaurant but I do manage a machine shop of 14 on 2 different shifts. I'm not perfect andI will be the first to admit if I make a bad choice or I let someone down because my plate gets over full some time. In thisrestaurant case someone else needs to step in and take a big look before it starts hurting your bottom line or maybe the insideis such a small part now you just don't care. It's just wild. Less than desirable. Waited 32 minutes to get order placed, finally completed. Got to pick up window, told to pull over they... were waiting for fries. Watched multiple cars pull up to window, get food and drive away, (guess they didn't get fries) yeahright. After 6 more minutes of waiting got out to go inside to get order, was told they were bringing it, another 2 minutes itwas brought to vehicle. Fries and sandwich were barely warm, definitely not what I expected. Very disappointed in my dinner anda huge waste of time and money. Felt very mistreated. Read more

So me and my fiance got food tonight I ammmm so glad I didn?t eat it. When I got my spicy chicken Deluxe you could tell that the bread was a little old the way it broke and the chicken breast on the... sandwich was a little old as well. The chocolate chip cookies were pretty hard. I don't see the use of having a warm heartcookie. Read more
