Since my car is in the shop, I walked a mile to get myself dinner at this Burger King, but for reasons I can't fathom, the lobby... isn't open at 8:50pm on a Friday night. There are no signs to that effect posted on the doors or windows, so I wasted furthertime walking around trying all the doors. I guess my money isn't good there any more, so I know not to visit in the future (evenafter I get my car back); good things there's a McDonald's and a DQ only a block away. Read more

My co-worker picked up a Whooper for me yesterday and it was horrible! The bun was not fresh, it was hard as a rock! The... lettuce had wilted and the tomatoes looked old. When at window, ?Edward? hands me a small drink. I informed him that meal was large, not small. He rolls his eyes when I say... this. He fills up a large drink with 80% ice; I still have small fries. He then charges me $3.75 for a small fry and says 2equal 1. $3.75 for a small fry?! Read more
I will unfortunately never visit this establishment again. As a veteran of the United States Marine Core, I was pretty upset by... my visit so close to Veterans Day. Just wanted a quick Sunday morning breakfast before getting to work. Kelsie, my cashierwasn't the friendliest, but my guest and I overlooked that. She is young and perhaps hadn't acquired her common courtesy orrespect for others yet. After waiting about 10 minutes for a few sandwiches, I got back out of my vehicle (I ordered inside) togo back in when I realized the 4 orders of hash rounds weren't hot. This is an age old fast food dilemma......when you have towait on sandwiches or other food, you expect your fries, hash browns and other side items to be as hot and fresh as the itemsyou had to wait on. I simply wanted help from the manager, who spoke to me with her back turned, not an exaggeration, whichupset me more. While I'm trying to speak with the manager, Kelsie rudely cut in and answered the manager FOR ME. Ugh.... Verydisrespectful and unprofessional. I ended up by leaving with cold food that was purchased, complete disregard from the cashierAND the manager and a bad taste in my mouth. If you are a veteran, please consider boycotting this Burger King location. I'mstill disgusted by the treatment here. They always make my food fresh if I ask for it that way, sometimes I don't but sometimes you want a fresh chicken sandwich ya... know?! Staff are polite , fast and this burger king always has better deals than McDonalds. I go a few times a month, never hadan issue. Read more
