When we arrived, they had ~5 tables seated. Told it was open seating. All good, should be quick and easy... A table near us had... not been bussed when we arrived. Around an hour later when we left, it still had not been cleared/cleaned. Our table had notbeen wiped down. Waited ~15 minutes for a waitress to make an appearance, and we're on the verge of leaving when she finallyarrived. Told that the soda was out, and that the kitchen was running slow, so food would come out as it was ready. When foodarrived, much of it was warm, rather than hot. The fries were hardly even warm. The chips and salsa we ordered came after therest of our food, and a side of cheese curds never arrived (though it was taken off the bill) The manager (i assume) spoke toone of the waitresses in what we felt was a rather disparaging way, in full view/hearing of customers. Overall left much to bedesired. On the upside our fried pickles were hot and delicious, and our entrees, while not as hot as we might have hoped, weretasty and well prepared. Read more
Service was slow. Very slow. The food was "as expected". The restaurant was clean. The TV's had a good mixture of sporting... events. The slow service did not cause me to much pain because I was killing time anyway. Read more
Ordered 2 large wings package and waited for more than an hour. The store manager was so arrogant that she said we are not sure... when the food will be delivered and you can go for a refund if you want. If you want to get food on time then please don't comehere. Read more
I rarely eat at this place but my best friend and I swung by today and was served very well and politely! A man that goes but... the name ?Zion? served us. He was very sweet and kind and ready to help up if anything went wrong! I highly recommend him! Hewas a huge blessing to us. Read more
BDubs is always good when you go to the restaurant but don?t order it to go on a delivery app. Last time my bf and I ordered... from here, they forgot his side order of cheese curds. This time, it was our extra orders of ranch cups (that we paid extra for)and almost no cheese on our cheese fries (in added photo) If you?re craving BDubs, def make the trip to go there. There?s noeffort if it?s delivered. Not worth the convenience charge from the delivery apps :(( Read more
Friendly and welcoming waitresses and waiters. Hot food and cold drinks came out fast from the chicken. They did not have the... brisket burger that my wife loves but the other burger option that she selected she enjoyed. How can she not enjoy a meal whenshe?s not paying for it right lol. The salad was good but I wish it had a little bit more meat and parmesan cheese. The wingsare great and I recommend the parmesan garlic wings with blue cheese ???? Read more
Got our food to go. Waited 30 minutes for the food and then came home with fries we could barely chew. I don?t know if they were... old fries that were sitting out or they cooked them too long. Definitely not worth it. Read more
Service was slow. I saw a lot of people waiting and eventually walking out. My main issue is that I got some of the worst... nachos I?ve ever had. There was very little toppings on it and practically no cheese. It was also COLD. They just threw sometoppings on and didn?t even heat it up. Read more
