7:03 AM on October 25, 2022 I just had breakfast there granted everything was hot and fresh. The grease must?ve been old because... the taste was very off. They did have great customer service and tried to make my food as fresh as possible but the grease justwouldn?t let it be great. Read more

Waited in the drive thru line from 7:30 up until 7:50. I had to leave the line without even ordering or else I would've made my... roommate late for work. As we left the line, I saw the drive thru window. They literally only had one customer. They had beenmaking each person ahead of us wait entire minutes before taking their order. Meaning they had likely been fully handling justthe one customer at a time. I understand some locations are short staffed, but even so, this is ridiculous. How does taking theorders ahead of time like you're supposed to slow you down in any way? Suffice to say I'm never coming to this place forbreakfast again, especially given how many times I've heard the staff loudly badmouthing customers. Read more

DO NOT..repeat.. DO NOT trust the people at this location with your food. Especially if you complain about something. I had a... sit down dine in order and they tried to sell me a biscuit that had over half of the bottom missing. I complained and theyfinally bought me another one after sarcastically saying YES SIR. There was also another employee hiding recording me as I gotready to eat the replacement along with other employees watching. God only knows what happened to the new sandwich before I gotit. I stood up and left. I was the only customer in the dining area. Stands to reason why. Read more

I know that a lot of patience is required now what days when you go to establishments that are short-staffed. Patients was... definitely needed when placing my order it took approximately 30 minutes to get my food they were short-staffed but staff wasfriendly but not too organized. I usually have a great experience when I come. I don't get a chance to purchase it often because they are not located in... Florida. However this day was a bit much. The tickets for the order wasn't coming out and no one knew how to fix it. Instead oflooking at the receipt, the person was all confused and couldn't get it together. They ran out of chicken and the fries was toosalty. I gave them the score because I don't want to base all of them I attended off this one experience.
