I came with my 1 year old and I got him the dolphin themed kids ice cream and he had ONE taste of the hard sprinkles on it and... didnt want it. I told the employee that he only had one taste and asked if it can be remade without the sprinkles, the employeetold me i have to pay for a new one without sprinkles. I pre-paid for a cake on Monday on Friday the price was eight dollars more. Shady business practices and I received no call... regarding it. The portion sizes are very small even smaller then the tiny cups. They are using tiny ice cream scoopers and charging full... price. The same price for cold stone with way less ice cream. Then my ice cream melted by the time I got home, I believe thetemperature range of the freezer not in standards. I never had any issues with cold stone. Read more
