A year ago I gave this location a 5 star rating. Per the food was great food and well seasoned and sauce was never extra. In the... last month I've been twice and now it's under new management. THE WINGS TASTE LIKE THEY HAVE BEEN COOKED IN OLDGREASE. Ordering a wing box which comes with fries and a drink apparently does not come with mambo sauce anymore. Which is finebut don't Make it seem as if your giving it to me for free "this time" if it cost .50 or .57 with tax say that as well have itlisted on the display case per new management. I'm a buisness owner and the number 1 reason businesses fail is bc of lack ofcommunication and customer service. I literally tried to get the lady at the counter to understand where I was coming from butthe lack of caring or pretending to not understand was beyond frustrating. I paid the extra $1 bc it's the principal. Whatmakes it worse she stated you get free mambo sauce with 3 piece wings only. So bc I spent more money getting the combo itdoesn't come with it? This location on mercury Blvd in Hampton, Virginia sucks. The cashier is extra rude. They didn't label the flavor of the... different wings and expected us to know without trying them. The lemonade was the best thing. I do not recommend this location. Read more

They cannot cook. They also do not pack the orders right. Do NOT order the dirty rice because it was hard, dry, uncooked yellow... rice. Go to Bojanles instead. The wings are too big and they still had strands of feather on them. Gross! I ordered a smallchicken combo box that includes fries and they only sent the wings. No fries. I ordered a fruit punch but got something thattasted like Mello Yello. My niece got fries with her combo but they were wilted and some pieces burnt.
