Stopped by on thanksgiving weekend to food truck alley. Great idea, everyone should come out and experience it. I decided on the... noodle truck and was pleasantly surprised. Thier take on sweet and sour pork and rice was delicious. The pork was fresh andmoist. It was not heavily battered like you often see, which was great. There was more pork then actually batter!
