A sign on door say dinning room open 10:30 to 8:30 pm , online says dinning room open , but all doors are locked and are told... from people going through the drive thru that they are only taking drive thru orders . So we went thru the drive thru and weretold they were out of Coke , payed at the first window, asked about a recipe, told next window would have it , at that windowwe could see the young woman working it was using the cups to scoop ice , was handed our bag of food , window closed, but westill had more items . The food was all good, what we expected, no apologies for being out of items we wished to order. Notenough workers seemed to make the others rushed. Read more

Well we ordered online from the Wendy's app so we could just go and pick up our order. But low and behold when we got there... there was a line of about six cars. But of course when you order online you are able to go inside and pick up your order and goback to your car and be done with. But no, they had the doors to the lobby locked, so no one could get inside for anything. Soof course we had to sit through the long drive-thru line just to get up to the window to pick up an order. Then they had theorder wrong plus they didn't give us any straws for the drinks. And of course we were already pulling out when we noticed thisbut there was no way we were going to get back in the Drive-Thru line and sit for another 15 to 20 minutes to get back up to thewindow. I have always had problems whenever I have gone to this Wendy's dating back years. Even before they remodeled it I hadproblems with getting the correct order. So my suggestion is if you want Wendy's just go to a different location. Unless youwant to wait the drive-thru line forever and then ultimately don't get what you actually ordered! Read more

Went through the drive through and ordered a single #1 with and had to tell the person twice a Hi C Fruit Punch to drink and... when I arrived at the pickup window the at the window said here is your sweet tea. Got attitude from someone I think might havebeen somewhat in charge that she heard me order sweet tea. Didn't have time to argue but I wanted the Fruit Punch and they didgive it to me with some resentment. When you are the person at the window and your customer says they ordered a specific itemyou don't stand back and say I heard what you ordered you fix the order and keep your opinions to yourself. Waited in line over 20 minutes once I got to the intercom I was asked to wait, I sat there for another 15 minutes listening to... her talk to a co worker before I said screw it and pulled off. Horrible place now, used to be the only Wendy's I would go to butit has become awful just like the rest. Read more

The drive-thru service was extremely slow even though they were not busy and maybe had 1 or 2 dine-in customers. They were... friendly and the food was correct. Read more

Manager is on point and extremely friendly and helpful with my large frosty order. Staff is conscious of their surroundings and... it's no wonder they have a 100 health score. Read more

This PLACE IS HORRIBLE!! They either give the wrong order or they give you what THEY want and not what you paid for. Management... is always extremely rude and nasty no matter who it is so they obviously just hire anyone. The food preparers SUCK. You walk outpaying $50 and it look like they gave you $5 worth of food just HORRIBLE!! Look at this suppose to be baconator below. I paid $8for looks like a $2 plate smh Read more
