If I could give them zero stars I would. I have had countless issues with this place. Tonight I went in to place a Togo order... and was told that I would be helped as soon as she sat some guests that had just walked in after me. I ended up standing andwatching her walk around the restaurant five times without even coming back. I waited for 15 minutes before walking out. Therewere 4 tables in total that they had tonight. So being busy was not the issue. Horrible service. Left and went to La Michoacanathat is two minutes away off of 19-41 and was help immediately. Would not recommend this place to anyone Also please take notethat they charge 3.5% more on any price that?s on their menu if you use a card to pay. Read more

This is my second time eating here. The first was To Go and the service was Great, Good Conversation and Inviting....This time... however...I ordered water and the server brought me a noticeably dirty cup with a crack in it and didn't seem to show muchconcern when I asked for a new one. I didn't enjoy the energy so I couldn't enjoy the food. I could say more but despite thedecent food, they won't get anymore of my money. Service was great. The food was tasty and had a very good flavor. Ordered the Baja Shrimp and Salmon and substitute the rice for... the Chipotle mash potato. The mash potatoes were very different and made from scratch and tasted great. The waiter was veryattentive and we were seated promptly. Parking was good. Read more
Walked in at 9:30 Friday night there were 4 tables but no one was around. Eventually had to ring the bell to be seated. There... are no drink prices on the menu which I know means they're shady... the server says she thinks the large margarita is $12.99 shereturns and says a large frozen margarita is $15 ($18 with tip). I would have liked to try the Hibiscus but she'd have to gofind out the price again, but when she came back and said $15, I laughed and said no, nevermind. It took 20 min to get my to-goQuesabirria tacos (also not priced and double the price of any other tacos on the menu $13.90 after tax). I wish I hadcancelled the order but she was already walking away when I asked her to switch it to to-go and she said she hadn't entered ityet. Huge mistake. I sit there snacking on chips and salsa. The salsa should have been a huge warning, it was flavorless andthe only spice to it was in the aftertaste, it's completely lacking anything to round out the flavor. Finally get the birriaquesatacos and they're supposed to be crisp on the outside.... complete useless soggy corn mush.. The meat inside was so dry andchewy it was hardly passable. So insulting. Then to get hit with the surprise price tag. I consider this COMPLETELY SHADYbusiness practice to leave it to your servers (who also don't know the price) to inform customers of your outrageous prices. Iwas able to make it to La Michoacanna 45min before closing and had a fresh steak quesadilla and a large frozen strawberrymargarita fresh on the table in less than 10min and it cost less than a large margarita here... I was trying to make it to theother restaurant for a margarita but as soon as they handed me the food I get in my car that's right outside the door and take abite... it's awful!!! I've been to this place a few times and so far so good until tonight! Did an online order and had to wait damn near an hour in... an empty restaurant for my order. Nobody came to tell me anything about my order. The waitress just walked around like I wasn'tthere. Instead of being truthful and just say we messed up they telling me nothing. I will be finding another spot to spend myhard earned. I wasted an hour of my time in this spot, so I needed them to waste some of theirs. I waited till the food finallycame and asked for a refund!
