If I can give zero stars I would their service is horrible. A little girl literally rushed our order as if we were taking too... long for her, she chose our sides for us we had no options. The kfc/ taco bell is disgusting. All them high school kids working in there. If you like your food being dropped on the floor,... or someone wearing the same gloves to make your food, someone else's food and touching other stuff none food related then thisyour place. Long wait time, nasty attitudes. This place needs to be shut down and a health inspector to come out. Oh don't orderon doordash. Perhaps it was her first day but don't think so, cashier taking order had no clue what she was doing..order was completely... wrong...waited 35 minutes for manager whom said that is was cheaper how we got it. I said no the difference is 9.72$. He saidwant is .72 cents my response was 8% tax on $9..Gave my husband $10 but didn't say thanks or sorry.When we finally got home withcold food the 5 chicken tenders that were ordered were 3 dark pieces of chicken...not again!!!!! Well I will tell you about my experience at Kentucky Fried Chicken in Lovejoy. First of all it's a Kentucky Fried Chicken with... Taco Bell. I waited in line about an hour. To get to Tacos. The place was so disorganized and nasty unclean. Until when I gotthe tacos I really end up not able to enjoy it. Because I kept thinking about the food on the floor whole piece of chicken wateron the floor they were sliding around in. Because the ice machine was out behind the counter. This is the 2nd week in a row that I came here and asked for no sour cream. The staff are very rude every time at night. They... never have anything. I went inside a few times and they were nicer after we waited for 15 minutes to be told that we'd have togo through the drive thru.. I never do reviews but I felt that if I said something then maybe some things would change. Alsoonce again no napkins and straws.. tonight at the Lovejoy taco bell. The guy working the drive thru was completely rude.. heforgot to give us our drinks and acted as if we were bothering him when we asked for our drinks. To top it off, our mealssupposed to come in a box. Guess what? (Rhetorical). There was no box. No separation of the foods we'd know what's what. I don'tknow. If I'm gonna wait 15 minutes in your drive-thru at least don't make it look like it took 30 seconds. The contents of the loosely... wrapped chalupa fell out into the bag and made a hole in it by time I got home, all of them had contents outside of thewrap/shell, the taco shell was stuck to wrapper so pulling it off just ripped the taco, the beef in the chalupa was warm but thetaco beef wasn't, and a small problem, but quit putting the containers with the flaps on it on opposite sides, they're meant tooverlap a little...
