I visited because I was Door Dashing. I have to say....this generation of young adults under the of thirty really needs some... work place professionalism training. There is no respect for the customer her at this establishment where I picked up orders atleast three times during my Door Dashing. Horrible experience and no drink machine in the lobby. Restrooms was nasty and trash cans where over flowing. Fries where cold.... My chicken sandwich was just throwed together. They redid my fry order with a attitude and i ended up putting my sandwichtogether when i got home.I ordered on the app and that was the the only reason I give them 3 stars or else they would onlygotten one. I'm really not happy about making this negative report concerning the quality of service at this particular McDonald's... restaurant. But the service and food was unsatisfactory. My wife and I ordered the #6 fish meal combo everything fresh. Theyhad us pull up into a waiting slot #4. Which is a standard procedure. But after waiting 15 minutes I decided to go inside.There inside was numerous customers waiting on their orders. The manager was dealing with another customer complaint over theamount of French fries in her order. So afterwards the manager ask how she could help me. I asked about my order and she saidit was ready 15 minutes ago sitting on the counter, but no one delivered it to my car. So of course everything was cold. But shedidn't give me a fresh order or apologize for their error and quality of service. I will not recommend anyone stopping therefor a meal. Really disappointing. Read more

Staff overwhelmed. I asked if they were taking orders, because I had been in line for about 5 mins. The manager said "why would... we take orders when we have orders stacking up". Several people inside waiting for there orders to be corrected. My food wascold. Not a good experience at all. This was about 8:45 at night. Read more

So one day on my way to work I decided to stop by at this location, I proceeded to go through a drive-thru I had no idea I was... going to be in the Drive-Thru for almost 30 minutes so I backed up got out of the car and went in to place my order I'm not sureif they were short staff or they would just moving incredibly slow but however one of the cashiers was very friendly and verypolite and put a rush on my order as well as a few other people behind me. And then I found out that the filet of fish iscurrently not on the menu for whatever reason that's what I wanted but I end up getting something else. It has been just thatday that they were delayed with service but I'll check them out again in the future. Read more

I was so pleased with my service with the drive through the young lady sounded polite with no attitude lol which isn?t a normal... thing. All the young ladies were dressed appropriately and spoke to me at each window but after driving 10 mins away andrealizing that I paid for 4 cookies and was shorted on my order it made me want to take my good review back. Whoever the manageris good work with the staffs appearance but the efficiency of the orders could be better. Keep up the good work. Read more

I have been to this location about 10 times and out of the 10 visit six of them probably had no ice. I do not understand what's... the problem with their ice because this been going on for months. My husband and I do not even go anymore because he likes sweettea but what good is it with no ice. Read more
