Service was very slow. I called in an order to be picked up at 7:30 pm. The pizza, which was a little overcooked, was ready when... I got there but my salad wasn't. I had to wait a long time for the cashier, who put on gloves but didn't wash her hands, to gomake my salad even though there were people in the back preparing food. Maria is such a hero. I had complications with my delivery order yesterday (31st of Aug). Today, I visited Marco?s pizza at the... Hampton location with hopes to get the two cheese pizzas. Maria welcomed me to the store, was apologetic about themiscommunication, and then made two SUPREME hand tossed pizzas. She turned this review from zero stars to five stars! That?swhat hero?s do. Literally would give 0 stars if I could. The lack of professionalism within this establishment is ridiculous. They are nasty,... rude, and just awful. Marcos used to be one my family's favorite pizza places, because face it, it's down right good. But, thelast few times I've ordered from this location it's been met with just a lack of everything. Food thrown together, so much sauceon a sub that the paper is soggy, certain requests such as no green peppers on the pizza are not honored, and then when you callto address these issues you're met with hostility. Especially by the "manager" Maria. This woman is rude, she flat all calls hercustomers liars even though they bring the food back to the store, or she leaves her driver's to handle her complaints. Tried toorder tonight online and wanted to pay with cash, but online doesn't give you that option, so I called the store. Phoneconversation was awful from the start, employees talking to each other while trying to take my order, not listening when I'mtrying to place the order, and then when my loyalty coupon was not working, I requested a manager to see if they could figure ofwhy the coupon wasn't working. Maria was the manager and she left me on hold for over 10 mins. I had to hang up and call thestore to tell them to cancel my order that they were working on before placing me on hold. On August 5, I ordered carryout from Marcos. I've ordered from this locations before and have gotten some good and bad services... from this location. But, this recent order and how things transpired was more than enough. I am done ordering from thislocation. I recently ordered two pizzas and wings, totaling $45 from the Jonesboro Rd Hampton Ga location from my app aboutaround 7:00. The order was confirm for pickup at 7:23. My husband arrive for picked to be told they couldn't find our order andit was picked up already. After much looking and going back and forth claiming it was picked up, it was clear they gave ourorder away to another customer. So, a refund was asked for, Manager claim, he didn't know how to refund the transaction. Notsure who trained him... So he offered to make it good. That was a joke too. After two hours.. Read that again. A pizza was made.Did not offer any discounts, gift cards nothing! I will never give this location my business again. And suggest you think twicebefore ordering. This a example of poor management and clearly retraining needs to be implemented. If I could give it no stars Iwould. I will take my business elsewhere! Read more

Extremely slow, credit card machine stopped working. Cash & online payments only.The young ladies taking orders were doing their... best to stay calm and professional, the issue was in the kitchen I believe they were short staffed i could see 1 guy fixingpizza but you didn't know it until 45 minutes later is when the Mgr finally addressed the issue in a I don't care.unprofessional way saying sorry but I have 20 order's in the back, well hire more pay more. But on the good side my pizza didcome out looking good and taste good so my Grands were happy. If you don't mind waiting 45 min to 1hr give it a try. Read more

We normally go to marcos because it is right by our house. I took in one of the advertisements for that location when they tried... putting it in they had problems. There always have problems there. In the past they would normally manually deduct what thepromotion was. This time they said they didn't know what the problem was and said they probably don't except the coupon there.He went on to offer me a more expensive pizza. I politely asked if I could speak with manager that might be able to assist. Theindividual said they was. I thanked him amd then went to pizza hut since my kids had bookit. My pizza was burnt, dry and hard. I could not eat the pizza. I had to trash the pizza. I'm very disappointed. I dont understand... how you can serve a customer this and know as cook you would not eat or pay for yourself. The only thing that was good is bbqchicken. Read more
