Horrible!!!!!! Don?t waste your time. I was there 11/20 at 545pm. No one ever came to the front and took my order. It was plenty... of young staff there walking around, playing on their cellphones and did not acknowledge any of the 4 guests. This is sodisgusting and bring down your neighbor hood. I tried calling numerous times for a manger and no answer. Everyone there today at545pm needs to be fired!!! Some of our youth lacks moral, integrity and respect. This is so sad ! Read more

Went to this restaurant on 10/29/22 at 5pm. I ordered the #1 which is Taco combo, the meat tasted as if it was burned or some... type of chemical. Tried to call the restaurant to let them know but the line was busy finally it was ringing but no oneanswered. I ended up with food poison after one bite of the taco. Placed order then waited 20 minutes to be told by someone in line (not the person who took our order) that they had no biscuits.... My wife?s favorite part of the meal and we would have never ordered if we were told this when we ordered. We asked for a refundto be told that there was no one there to give us our refund and that we would have to come back the next day. No one wrotedown our name or took any information from us. Order K6 got this, no spoon I guess they expected me to eat my mashed potatoes with my hands, and check your chicken several of... my pieces still had feathers on them, very disappointed. Mar. 22:Have done better here lately, although I went to thedrive-thru, despite big signs in the windows saying drive-thru open, it was not I had to go inside to order. Apr. 13 no straw,napkins, or utensils, biscuit hard as a rock. Ask for original got Crunchy why do I bother keep coming back to this place. Sep.2022 the second photo is how I got my meal, no napkins, no straw and no utensils. And apparently no one from this store isworried about their business because I usually get a response from a bad review. Nothing from this owner. I wish I could give a negative star!!! This is the absolute most unprofessional, unorganized, and unpleasant location. The... manager is "off-the-chain" he is loud unprofessional and has no leadership skills. Customer service is not on the minds ofanyone at this location and it starts from the top. I suggest replacing the staff and start from the top down. This is thenormal for this location. I highly suggest driving to a different location! Read more

The staff is cheating the owner out of money by manipulating the car monitor system in drive thru. The employee working drive... thru makes the car park at the first red pole until food is ready then signal the car to continue to the window, pay, pickupfood and quickly leave. The employee stops the next car at the red pole until their food is ready for pick up. So it appearscars are getting to the window immediately getting their food and driving away. Cars waiting long wait times eventually leavingcausing loss revenue for Owner. Employees manipulating the system but making the Owner think they are delivering quick efficientservice. So sorry the Owner is being SCREWED! Read more

I only gave a star bc you can't leave it at 0! This place seems like it's never going to clean up anything. The dining room was... disgusting, there tables looked like they have not been cleaned off in a week. The floor had food and trash all over. The drinkstation had trash all beside it. The staff is still as rude as always. Not one smile or "how can I help you?", I don't see howthis place is still open for business. I've worked in fast food restaurants that stayed busier than here and the dining room wasnever nasty. Two people in drive thru ordering and one other than us ordering inside. NO ONE cleaning the dining room, juststanding around or playing with their phone. When asked for a water cup, cashier was snappy and quick to roll her eyes. Justgoes to show that there's no team effort, it any effort, to make this a better place. Read more
