I give this place 5 stars. This was my first time coming me and my husband was unsure on what to get we knew we wanted wings... but was not sure on which ones. This review is in reference to the service the young lady we are going to call her Q because that's what her name started with... anyway was very RUDE there was a family there and one of the guys ask her a question she told them she would get back with himin 5 minutes and she never came back. I ordered the Wings and Shrimp Lemon Pepper and as I was asking her that I didn't want alot of season on my wings she cut me off and said it was a dry rub. Of course when I got my order to much Lemon Pepper on mywings the shrimp were to hard it was not a good experience. The other times that I have ate there Good Service and the food wasFANTASTIC the young lady who just had started her and her boyfriend she was very good and her boyfriend can cook. Read more

I called to place a to go order and the representative on the phone was extremely rude. I always order to go and never... experienced that kind of service from the establishment. She answered the phone with an attitude. After I placed my order shehung up in my face without saying anything. I then called back and informed her that she didn?t tell me my price. I then toldher she rudely hung the phone up in my face. I cancelled my order due to her being disrespectful in which she didn?t try toapologize she simply hung up the phone again. I can not believe they actually have someone working at the establishment withsuch a rude attitude. I always recommended others to eat there because overall the food is delicious. Bad customer service willprevent someone from spending their hard earned money at the establishment. Ordered wings to go. Ordered garlic Parmesan and medium wings. Ordered an extra order of fries because they alway give you... enough fries for one when you order 20 wings. I ordered fries extra crispy and extra crispy wings so they aren?t soggy. As I ampulling in the parking lot I get a call from JRCrickets. They say I?m sorry but we don?t offer garlic Parmesan wings. I said noproblem. Make them all medium. I pay. Look at the food. Tip and leave. I live 3.4 miles from there. I got home. Came straight inand began to eat. Fries were cooked and the wings were cold. I called the JRCrickets to let them know the situation. The ownerwanted to argue he cooked to order and said maybe people stopped on the way home. I reacted and said I didn?t stop anywhere. Heasked if I ate there before. I said yes. He said have I ever had a problem. I said no and that?s why I?m calling him now. Thewings were cold to the touch. Not even warm. He dismissed my concern completely. Not trying to make it right. I adamantly lethim know that this establishment will never see another dime from me. He didn?t seem to care. I?m not mad and didn?t expect toeat for free since I have picked up to go previously and have contributed to a local eatery. Well. No more for me. The wingswere horrible and customer service is terrible. A quick note to any parents. If you want to get food from a reputable place.Don?t eat here. Also. The music is offensive and explicit. If you ever visit and have kids I feel you will turn around andleave immediately. I personally don?t mind language and explicit content much but you may want to stay away if this atmospheremay offend you. The ownership lacks accountability. Maybe they get so many complaints that it?s normal. This Behavior and lackof sincerity is not acceptable to me. Ohh gosh the hot wings here are delicious. Crispy and perfect everytime. They are so consistent even with the fries. Service... is good, drinks are served, kids allowed. Frequent specials. One of my favorite spots to get wings. It's worth the extra fewmins of drive time. Read more
