They gave me a drink that you could clearly tell had been sitting around for at least an hour. It looked and tastes like how... iced coffee does after it has been sitting around for a long time and all the ice was melted. Plus there were only about twotiny ice cubes left in it. I love Dunkin up north. This is by far the worst Dunkin I have ever been too. I was in the area visiting. Went here 3 times out... the 2 weeks I was there. I went early in the morning and asked for chocolates frosted donuts with sprinkles and each time theysaid they didn't have any. It's 9am how do you guys not have donuts.... ???? Also asked for the warm muffin and they don't makewarm muffins . Her exact answer was Warm it up at home !!! Place gives Dunkin a bad name. Read more
I went through the drive thru with my mother at 7am on 9/30 and the girl running it was absolutely horrible. She cut my mom off... when she tried to explain what she wanted. She told her she didn't know what their new flavors were when my mom ask. She askedmy mom 'what are you trying to say.." she shut the window on her face while she was talking to her with the store managerstanding right there. We've been coming to this location for years and have never had a bad experience like we did this morning.Very rude and unprofessional. Horrible behavior. Read more

I had an awesome experience this past Sunday. The young girl on the register was new and was trying her best to figure it all... out on a busy morning. Her co-workers we're listening and immediately came to her assistance. The MOD, Rhoshanda led her teamto success. Not only the way they fulfilled my order, but in the way she handled herself and her team mates. She was patientwhile giving instructions with kindness and support. She was never degrading but only uplifting as they completed the task. Ileft there a better person after watching their engagement with each other. Great drinks and food BUT we waited 57 minutes.We ordered 1 drink, egg bites, and a sandwich. When we got to the window they... had about 8 drinks ready just sitting there but the food was not ready. I normally love donkin donuts cafe but the experience I've had the last two times I've been there has been horrible. the... workers do not stop talking on their cell phones, they leave me with the word in my mouth, today I had to cancel my orderbecause it was a total disaster, my coffee was cold and too sweet.
