First time I ever seen topping in this location,Better is you stay remain your self without pizza?s. These people have to learn... how to do toppings on pizzas motherf**** do 1 jalapeño in each slice total only 9 1/2 jalapeño in whole pizza, and I couldn?tsee onion in it it?s hardly like 7-8 onion in whole pizza. took over an hour to get the pizza and when it got here it was stone cold. Clearly, they cooked it then let it sit long enough... to get cold. Worst pizza i have ever had. Boxed frozen would have been better and cheaper. Read more
The first time I had issues they delivered me a burnt literally black pizza with no cheese. I brought it back and had them... remake my pizza. Mistakes happen, I get it. Next time, they gave me the wrong pizza, so I called and The manager said itdoesn?t show that on my end, I have the receipt so I highly doubt she?s being truthful. She said she can?t have it deliveredright now bc they were busy fine whatever, i said I?ll come up there later when I have my car, and she says you have to bringback the pizza , we already started eating the side that was correct. So now I have to not eat my correct side, pay delivery fora wrong pizza, also come up there and not eat. I will never ever order from this place again. I contacted cooperate, They needto train their managers better. I won?t say her name on here bc as unprofessional as she was, it?s cooperates fault for hiringher, and not training. Read more
Do NOT order from this location. Poor customer service. I placed my order online for pickup and got home with my order to find... that my pizza was covered in onions after specifically ordering no onions. We double checked the receipt to make sure I put noonions and it says right on the receipt NO ONIONS in big bold letters. We call to inform the store of their mistakes, which weknow happens, and the person who answers the phone listens to our complaint and automatically asks if we are sure we put noonions on the order, we reply with yes and that it is printed on our receipt. They direct the call to the manager next and shesays that they don?t do partial refunds so since it was only one of our items that were messed up they won?t do a refund fortheir mistake.
