Do No Waste Your Time. I placed an order online for 2 medium 2 top pizza, and a brownie. I was given a 26-36 minutes for... delivery. At 1 hour I tried to contact the store for information. I was placed on hold for 15 minutes until finally I spokewith an employee. I was then told my order had not been started nor any idea when the order would be even made. NEVER will I order from them again!! I placed a delivery order on October 21st. I ordered the $19.99 special. I checked my bank... account on the 22nd and saw there were THREE charges of $28.50 for a total of $85.50. I called Domino's and spoke to amanager.. She stated she did not know what happened and I needed to contact my bank. She also said they only charged me $22.66.I asked if my total was $22.66, why was I charged $28.50? Unfortunately her answer was I don't know. I asked for a number forcorporate and she said her general manager would be in later and she would call me. Well she never called. No one called. The service is fast the employees are nice but the pizza is not always the best. The thin crust is cooked way too long and the... handmade pizza always has a huge hard part in the middle of the cheese where it bubbles up and they have no idea what "lightsauce" means. Also a lot of times I'll place an order and it gets canceled because there are not any drivers, okay that's finebut call me and tell me and make sure I know that so I'm not just sitting here waiting. Decided to try the contactless curbside pickup and was impressed with the service. I ordered my pizza on the app and was given a... specific time frame to arrive. When I got there I followed the instructions and put my hazards on and once the countdown startedthey came out with a minute and 28 seconds to spare. I advised them to place the pizza in my trunk so I didn't have a chance tocheck it but when I got home I noticed my pizza was missing one of its toppings. I ordered the medium two topping pizza for$5.99 but only received one topping. Other than that experience was everything I expected.
