Worst I?ve ever been to. This location lacks great service and quality food. I had to ask for sauce after telling the order... taker, when I got to the window she passed me 1 for an 8 count meal and 5 count kids meals. So I guess 1 sauce is to be shared,the fries were cold literally and the nuggets. The Mac n cheese tasted like they just put cheese on top of the noodles and saidhere. Awful, I?ll never visit here again. Just close down. The lady at the window was rude get her from there she made the visitworse. Read more
Never fails?most chick fil a lines are long, no problem however, after waiting 20min in line they do not have what you want!... This location never has parfait, never has chicken noodle soup and when they do decide to have soup it?s always cold! Upside,the employees are always nice!! Read more

This restaurant probably needs to shut down for a week or two and get organized and train employees/management. This restaurant... isn't up to the standards of chic fil a. There were many employees I'm uniform sitting Around while trash was overflowing in thetrash can and food was all over the floor. It was almost unbelievable. I ordered food on the app. They were out of what I wantedand had to replace it with something else. I had to wait for 15 min even thou I ordered in advance on the app. This is the 5thtime in a row I've had a bad experience with this restaurant. Needs major improvements. Read more
Listen, chick fil a is an awesome place to come get food. However when you're a fast food restaurant you can't become personal... with everyone. This guy with the red bread is horrible every time I come. Horrible as in he takes at least 5-7 minutes becausehe is not paying attention to taking orders! He's talking to regulars and not focused on completing orders for take out or dinein. It's not chick fil a fault but y'all hired him. The manager told him one time to speed up we have more customers than usual.What does he do... continue being slow.. his position should be elsewhere and not where the pace is faster. This CFA has definitely gone downhill since the previous operator retired. Now it only has drive through service, no curbside... or dining room. The people taking orders are slow unless it was an app order and the kitchen is slow to get out the food. I'mavoiding it until it improves. Read more
The service has changed for the worse!! My orders are always wrong, they always forget my condiments, undercooked food, hair in... food, I always have to pull to the side and wait 15 extra minutes as if I already didn?t wait 25 minutes in line, employeescatch attitudes when you tell them that your order is wrong! This Chick-fil-A is getting cheap. I don?t know if it is Chick-fil-A in a hole or if it?s whoever manages this place but they... must be cutting their fillets. This chicken was nothing but a thin over fried crispy piece. I?ve always love Chick-fil-A butthis store is getting cheap.
