I went in late to pick up a cake for my son and only had one so I got it thought the cake was vanilla but it was a mint... chocolate cake took cake back the next day and the manager was very nice and allowed me to exchange the cake without any hassletook good care of me and provided great customer service! Came over to get a banana split, but was told that there were no bananas. So I opted for 2 hotfudge sundaes, and then was told... there was no hot fudge! The person taking the order sounded as though she didn't even feel like she wanted to take the order.This was only 5 minutes ago!! Terrible experience! Never returning here again. My family always has a great time here. It's clean, with friendly staff, and the products always look freshly made. They have a... lot of room inside and there's also outside setting. It features a drive-thru and you can get ice cream cakes (made to order orready made) as well as prepacked ice cream. This location also has Dunkin Donuts. Read more
