Got my whole order wrong. I'm so mad wings were dry as hell and I asked for mild EXTRA WET! They gave me No sauce ,fries were... soggy and I came up there 5 minutes after my call and I live 3 miles away and it takes 15 minutes. I'm over it. Never again andI wasn't even rude. Read more

Quality has really gone down since they opened a few years ago. The sauce is inconsistent, sometimes it's the original American... Deli sauce, sometimes it's not. You never know what you're gonna get. Apparently crispy fries require extensive culinary skills??????????????????????. The ones we received Friday were not only NOT crispy, they weren't even completely cooked. I stopped by this place last week for the 1st time and got the wet lemon pepper wings and they were amazing (even better than... the ones from Champion fish & wings) and while there I saw the philly steak and said I'd try it next time. I read the reviewsand everyone gave good reviews on the philly steak so I decided to order it through door dash. Well, that was a mistake. Ishould've stuck with the wings. There is more bread and barely any meat on it and on top of that, it is dry! Apparently, theyare bigger and better when you order in the store so I'll order it again but not through delivery. We ordered 2 10 pieces and a 6 pice wing meal. The wings were very over cooked and hard. Ordered honey hot and seems like they... used old hot wings that where already made and dried out and added honey. I understand price?s going up due to chicken shortagebut if your gonna charge 12.99 for a 10 pice meal at least make sure your serving quality food.
