This was my third time visit that I was forced to return my drink because it tasted like water. Each time new young kid working... there and has no clue how to make the drink properly. After sharing my experience with few friends and hearing similar stories,I will have no other choice than to drive to Porters Neck, as they do. Such a shame! I just looked at the reviews and I seethat the same complaint is here quiet often. Doesn't it bother the owner???? I guess they are taking an advantage of the factthat they are the only shop in the area and near the beach. Shame. Read more
Literally has gone down hill. Spent $11.00 on two coffees, which I don?t mind doing IF they can be made correctly. I had to ask... for the ice coffee to be made twice because the barista did not read the description on the cup. It was made completely oppositeof what was ordered. I know it?s hard to find workers right now but this exit was horrible and I?ll spend my money at anothercoffee place. Read more
This Starbucks has a wonderful staff that is incredibly polite and nice!! There is hardly any line and they make sure the line... moves extremely fast. And on these blustery winter days it?s nice to have the option to sit outside or inside and drink yourcoffee in the warmth. I really don?t need to tell you how good the coffee is here because I?m pretty sure by now every one onthe planet knows that they have the best coffee and we?re around doing this before it was big to go out and sit at a coffeehouse and sip on some coffee. The night before Thanksgiving there was just ONE girl working, both taking orders and making coffee. She did it with a smile and... (unnecessary) apologies and I have never been more annoyed that I can't tip baristas working inside a grocery store. The 5 starsare for the overworked barista - Starbucks, give that girl a dang raise if you can't give her proper staffing. Read more
I was having an unusually stressful day and I came in here expecting another average drink accompanied by average service.... However, to my pleasant surprise I was met with great service from a barista name Alexandra, and my order was made incrediblywell and in a timely manner. Sometimes it's the small things that can turn someones day around and this was the thing that didit for me, I will definitely be coming back again, hopefully having a better day! Read more
It?s the day before thanksgiving and these workers were busy but they were doing great! Our drinks tasted great despite the wait... but I could tell they were doing their best and really were trying to clear the line.
