Absolutely horrid experience here. Stopped by the drive thru at 7:30 pm to order a 16-pc bucket with sides. Was told they shut... their fryers down to cool off. What?! The restaurant is published to be open until 9:30 p.m.! Server was curt and downrightrude. Did not even apologize for not being able to complete my order. Rather than a 16-pc. I was given 2 breasts and 4 thighsAND had to pay for them ala cart! We will NOT be back to this restaurant and will be drafting a letter to corporate to advisethem of this poorly run franchise. Don?t waste you time and hard earned money here. Asked if they had wings, received a snotty answer of No. asked for extra crispy... chicken, response was we are out! Was asked what would I like, ordered the sandwich meal and then as asked is that all? I saida 3 piece w/coke slaw, again before I could ask anything or say what flavor of drink, is that all? Got home chicken was greasy,picked up a piece and skin slid off. Chicken was not hot by any means. My husband wanted a chicken sandwich and fries. Alsothey have or had chocolate cake? Not this location evidently! The fries were hard cold and dry, he said the sandwich was notgood either. Was there at 3:30 so not during rush hour. Rec?vd mashed potatoes and gravy instead of requested cole slaw.Biscuit was so hard and overcooked it crumbled when picked up. I cannot believe this location is still open and operating. It?s been well over 2 years since I?ve been, hoping things have changed. Never ever ever again. I?ll go to Westminster forPopeyes if I want fast food fried chicken. Or royal farms. This is a very poorly run restaurant, the management must be awful, they never have change so they insist that customers pay in... exact change, or use a card. .. like go to the bank and get change, there's literally a bank in the same parking lot. Half thetime the KFC portion of the restaurant is not available, it's absolutely ridiculous how poorly this place is managed. Read more
Paid for a 3 piece, got a 2 piece. Have to ask for utensils or they will not give you any. Best thing this place ever did for me... was teach me that you can drink mashed potatoes out of a Wendy's straw. Read more
This was my classic chicken sandwich today. Shameful! They also messed up my drink order.
Easily the worst KFC/Taco Bell I?ve ever been to. You would think after 10 years of terrible service & new managers they would... get it right but that?s not the case. Don?t waste your time going here. Read more
We arrived at drive thru at kfc / taco bell in Hampstead, MD at 730 pm on Friday night / tonight. We ordered taco bell #6 with... steak. Tried ordering chicken tenders, we were told they were out of them. We asked out or just not ready, she said out.Reluctantly with the attitude response we ordered the KFC chicken sandwich combo. We never received a receipt. The young lady indrive thru made sure our bagged order was in the car, kind of tossed & quickly shut the drive thru window with not a word. Not athank you, good night, nothing. Pretty rude service. Once home we found our chicken sandwich had no pickles. We've had problemswith wrong orders from this location previously. Will not be back.
