I was disappointed with my experience at Shack?s restaurant. My boyfriend and I wanted a nice lunch out and I saw the menu for... this place and thought everything sounded delicious. We ordered the rotel dip to start which was completely congealed and cold.It also was missing the sour cream and beef that was advertised on the menu. But rotel dip is rotel dip and we decided to eat itanyways. My boyfriend and I each ordered a sandwich and while mine was okay, his was inedible. We are both the type of people toeat something even if we aren?t in love with it, but the fact that he could hardly stomach it, tells me just how bad it reallywas, because he will eat practically anything. We informed out server that he would like to order something else. When myboyfriend politely asked, our server informed us that he couldn?t refund the sand which or substitute a different sandwich eventhough he had only taken three bites. We had to pay for both sandwiches, only getting $1.50 off for our trouble. Our waiter waslovely and polite, but I was extremely disappointed. Although my sandwich was okay, the bread was too dense and dry, the baconand turkey were cold, when it was advertised on the menu as being fried. As of right now, I don?t think I?ll be going back. The GF and I ordered the Benny Club & The Lion poboy with fries. Everything was on point, sammiches were full of meat, fries... were hot and crispy, service was exceptional and speedy. We both brought home half our food. Reminded me of Big Harold's. Read more
Stay away from this place. We got the cheese fry appetizer and it came to us cold and the cheese hadn?t melted. We sent it back... and they brought it back barely melted anyway. Our sandwiches came next and I could only manage to take three bites of mysandwich and my mother?s sandwich was the same. The bread was cold and not toasted and was incredibly dense. I got a sandwichthat had gravy and it was cold and congealed when it?s supposed to be heated up to combine the water and powdered gravy that itwas. We told the waiter our problems and he apologized and was very polite, but they still made us pay for sandwiches eventhough we barely ate them. He offered us free cannolis, but we just wanted to go. It?s disappointing to have had thatexperience, and this business will fail if they don?t shape up. Read more

Fries were okay, but the sandwiches were very dry and brittle. Didn't taste fresh. Servers were snappy and rude as well. I am... sorry if there is confusion, but this is not a fake review? Im confused on why you feel the need to yell in caps towards me forleaving a review. Just because you receive a poor review, doesn?t necessarily mean that it is a fake review. I thought yourfirst response was more professional for an owner, but I guess you are more unprofessional than I had thought. You cannot justclaim a bad review is fake just because you don?t like it. I had planned on returning to maybe later change my review to abetter one, but I guess that rudeness wasn?t ?just a bad day?. Thank you for proving to me that this place is rude andunprofessional.
