Never had a bad experience until the other day on Saturday. The rice tasted like it had been cooked all day with chunks of hard... pieces in it, no flavor at all. Pepper tuna was very bland as well. Only thing edible was our sushi box and other rolls. Bathroom was filthy. Read more

The food isnt that good anymore at all. I would say the only ?good? food you can get out of them is hibachi on a good day. Do... NOT sit down at the booths and order food; your food will come out almost absolutely disgusting. The last three times i wentthere they have just progressively gotten worse. Also the staff there arent too kind at all, pretty rude if you ask me. Theyhave an up charge of $4.50 to have fried rice instead of white rice. Now I COMPLETELY understand with all the price increasewith food and stocks that sometimes it has to be that expensive. Although if i am paying $4.50 to have fried rice at least makeit right. The rice looked gross, old, and didnt taste goos. There were white chunks al inside of it and it was barely cooked whatso ever. Whenever i asked the server for fried rice he continued to raise his voice and argue with me that it was. So iapologized and said okay well i dont want to pay for this because personally i dont think it was fried rice (debate for yourselfwith the pictures). Even the miso soup wasnt good, now how you mess that up i have no clue. Then the manager came to speak to measking whats wrong, i was trying not to make whole ordeal out of this, so i told them ill keep it and pay for it. I proceeded toleave the rice there without touching it after paying. Other customers were having trouble too since i can hear the conversationnext to me. None of them looked pleased in the booth section. If you want good service and GUARANTEED good food no matter whereyou sit in their restaurant, i know recommend Kirin. Before these last incidents i favored Nagoya more, but they have now lostanother customer officially. Read more

We've been celebrating special occasions here and we like the food and the show. Today, Saturday 09-03-22 no show, very salty... food and small plates. The 2 stars belong to the waitresses, they did a good job. Also, we waited 30 minutes outside and 40minutes at the grill since they were short handed. Rice was hard and salty, salmon was raw and salty, vegetables very salty. Wecould have better food at a lower price somewhere else but, we love the show and flavor. Very disappointed. Read more
