Yummy, just plain yummy! Very friendly!!

I?ve come here three different times in the past month. The first time- great experience and clean. The other two times I?ve... come in there were gnats crawling all over the cookies. Maybe the owner should invest in enclosed cases for the cookies.. I havealso been buying the little bags with ?scrap? cake dippers. While checking out, I cookie scraps on the counter in the back. Noton any type of paper or covering... just the bare counter. Even if the counters were cleaned, I wouldn?t want my food on asurface cleaned by any chemical agent. My intention is not to bash this place because two out of the three workers I?veencountered were super sweet and hard working. These people wait until 9:30 the night before to call and ask a question about what will go on the cake!! Go to pick up the cake... at the scheduled time 12 noon and no one is at the store! So much for starting out 2019 lack luster service at Hammond Louisiana store today we pulled up in the front of the store and... let our 17 year old daughter out buy a cookie ???? her idea. We watched her through the window as she waited too be served andwith 3 employees no body would help her we were just fixing to walk inside to find out WHY anybody will give her service OMG???? this is a joke really. She was the ONLY customer in the store. My daughter got upset and said oh but the way great serviceand walked out.sadly the cookie store will NOT get our business anymore sadly. Placed an online cake order with confirmation it would be ready at 12pm on the following day. Arrived to pick up my order at... 12:30pm and after waiting several minutes to be helped in an empty store, I was informed by the employee that my order was notgoing to be ready until 2pm. The party that the cake was ordered for was for 1pm. The employee believed my email orderconfirmation was a mistake and should have said 2pm, not 12pm. I went in there this afternoon (monday about 4 pm) and NO EMPLOYEE was in there. The store was open and machines running, yet... not a soul in there. I said hello and rang the bell, waited probably longer than I should have, and left. I cannot believe anemployee would leave the store unoccupied like that. Will not be returning Read more

The cookies are always so good! I do think they are understaffed on weekends though. I the staff is so nice and I always try to... give good tips since I can see them stressing under those really friendly smiles. Glad they know how to stay professional, makeyou feel welcome, and always provide great service! Read more
