When arriving there was no wait and was seated immediately and we had a great waitress but the down fall was there was a small... roach crawling on our table when we were seated... killed it and then prayed over our food as to it could have easily came infrom someone or what not... kinda a deal breaker for us coming back and wouldn't hurt for them to clean and spray for bugs....and u never really know if they are open as to they never have the outside lights on and haven't for the past 2 years I havelived here... It was late, 10pm on a Monday, we were passing thru and starving. I stopped by with my three girls, teenagers, and they all... ordered the chicken pasta and I ordered the fajitas. The server was snide and rude to me, he seemed as if he wasn't happy to bethere at that time. We were sat near the bar so I guess we only had one choice of server. Chili's is generally our go to when traveling thus our stop at this one. As usual we sat at the bar to eat. It took quite some... time to get served all though the place was not busy. Once we did order the food came out in a timely manner. The quality ofthe meal was very poor. Both of us had fajitas. The steak was extremely chewy and the chicken was way over done. Condimentsthat came with the fajitas were very skimpy. Our server was oblivious to us sitting there the bulk of the time and at one pointwe had to ask someone else for help. This will not stop me from going to Chili's all though never will we stop at this one. Read more

A sirloin steak medium well should be hot and delicious but it was cold as well as the famous Mexican corn on the cob. The... house salad was the best experience from all of my order. So we had Chili's tonight. The fajitas were like always fajitas. But experienced a different kind of service. So we ordered the... chips salsa and the queso dip that has meat in it thought we would try something new and different. Come to find out it's justchilly poured in queso. Wasn't that appetizing. So they gladly swapped it out with regular queso. Got it back to the tablestarted dipping chips in the queso realized they used the same dish and didn't clean it out all the way wow what a turn off.Decided not to report the repeat offender of service due to second round of flip flops so just kept it and finished out ourmeal. If I could go lower I would. So to start with dat for a full ten minutes before getting the bar tender ended up being my server... but since they were under staffed it looked like I was cool with it. Now to get the full experience like I normally do I orderan appetizer. The appetizer for tonight were loaded fries full order with everything in it. So to start with the loaded frieslooked like they were thrown in a microwave to heated than served to me. The cheese on top was thick and when it got to my tablewasn?t hot. Might of been sitting for a while the fries were cooked down and the jalapeños were your normally pull out of acontainer and throw them on top. Having have that I had low expectations for the main course and lord was I right. The steak inwhich I ordered medium rare, was completely rare in the middle looked like that served me a rare steak. I like rare sometimes socool let?s run with it. The first bite I had of this steak was the chewiest most dry piece of meat that I have eaten put in mymouth. I ended up just spitting it back into the napkin. The only positive on the meal was the mashed potatoes which were alsocold but atleast they tasted good. They were very short handed with employees. Service that day was slow as well as the food. We only seen 3 server's and one... was the bartender. It was approximately 20 minutes after we sat down, before the bartender, our server, came to the table. Didn't have red wine at all. Which is what I wanted with my meal.
