This whole Facility needs to be shut down immediately. Workers are disrespectful and forgetful. Place is trash? Floors mopped with dirty water. asked to dine in was told no, asked why we could dine at in said? he couldn?t... remember why we couldn?t dine in. Food is fine, and ordering door dash works. But I just sat inside of the restaurant for an hour waiting for my food, only to... find out my food had been done and sitting there for over 20 minutes and they just never called me. Ridiculous. Walked in at at 10:25p after concert. They say open til Midnight we walk in & they immediately say they not taking anymore... orders... 1st of all why keep the doors open if you're not taking orders & why not honor the store hours. I ordered through Uber eats and once I had gotten my food, I had noticed they forgot the fries which I paid extra for and one of... the ranch lids spilled everywhere in the bag, I do not blame the Uber eats driver but instead blame the wingstop workers becauseit was their responsibility for everything to be inside the bad which was sealed with staples. The customer service is always terrible...but now so is the food!!! The wings they gave me so disrespectful!! The chicken is... hard you can tell it was cooked earlier and they cooked it again...the dumped so much seasoning on these wings it?s crazy!! Ilove flavor and all but damn!!! I went to this Wingstop, Hammond Indiana , near Walmart. I gave 4 stars, because of Regina and Kalene (Manager), they were... awesome good customer service, helpful,and professional! Now let?s rate the food, the corn was good , the chicken was hard andtaste old ( dry) . The place look clean , but the floor was sticky and water was leaking near the drinking machine ( with nospill sign) . If it wasn?t for the team , I would have gave this place 2 stars!!! Read more
