Good enough service but they freshly prepared my burger with patties that were sitting for a while, not cool.
I don't like to say this but it's the truth white castles used to be the most delicious kraver sandwich but the food they gave... me the other day it made me sick I don't even know what it was but God please help White castles and they got my order wrong andI went back I can't say they were accommodating but the food was terrible I never tasted nothing like that please go back toyour old way of doing things you are America's cravors Read more

The multiple slider options are delicious. I highly recommend White Castle! The service was friendly and prompt. Very tasty... breakfast options. And breakfast is served all day long! Because someone you might be craving something different that's not aregular burger. Read more
The manager on duty at 5am today was amazing! We called in an order for 40 sliders, 3 chicken, and 3 fish. She was on the move... and personable. We got there within 5 minutes and only had to wait 10 min. Fabulous service and excellent food. Read more

The food was good and the staff friendly, but during this visit there were definitely some areas that needed improvement. *... Order took much longer to come out than is typical * Order taker/cashier was nice but appears to be in need of a bit moretraining and guidance * Had to wait for coffee order. None was ready. * Dining room was a tad bit on the messy side and neededa good once over Men's rest room was clean, save for some paper on the floor. But no funny smells or anything. Read more
